I went to this McDonald's I had a doordash order and it said on the order on my phone that the orbit was placed through the tablet not through the system but there was instructions on how to handle this it said to have the cashier take the order and doordash will pay them directly then I was told that the order couldn't be made because it was a Big Mac meal and this is breakfast time put the sign on the wall behind the cashiers clearly says some meals are sold all day long the Big Mac meal was one of them I pointed that out then tell me it would take 15 minutes to make it I'm pretty sure it doesn't take 15 minutes to cook some fries and two hamburger patties so the customer who ordered the food had are you paid for it how to get a refund through doordash and does not get their food,.

This one needs management. Its employees don't have a clue what's going on. And all the management did was stand and look confused. We went thru drive thru for a quick snack. Had to pull up to waiting spot 1. Then the guy brought a bag of food out to us that wasn't ours then scrambled thru he bag to see if there was any fries we could have. We told him no. Then he went to the other cars beside us that was waiting same thing wasn't there's either. I ended up having to go in and get our food.

went through drive thru just for a 20 piece chicken nugget and got home to the chicken being old (likely been sitting extended period of time)
called to let the manager know i was just there and let her know the nuggets are bad and seem to have been sitting out for a while. she didn’t seem to care and just said she will go look. didn’t offer to replace the 20 piece or anything. pretty pathetic.
