Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Didn’t eat here yet, went in for a job interview. The hostess told me she would be the manager and be right back. She came back up and told me to wait on the side, then the manager came up and didn’t acknowledge me, like she didn’t know I was there for an interview. She walked away and the hostess told me to take a seat and the manager will come and get me. I sat down at 1:34 and I sat there until 2:20. I stayed because I understood it was busy and they may need her help. While I was waiting, a girl and her mother sat next to me. I saw the manager again with papers in her hand. I was like finally, but she called the girl who was sitting right nexts to me name. That felt like a big slap in the face. I don’t know if there wasn’t any communication with the hostess and the manager, but obviously the manager didn’t know I was there to an interview too. Long story short is, don’t get a job here, they waisted a good hour of my time.

It was many in our party and mostly everyone liked what they ate. My steak was overcooked but they brought me out another one to make up for it and that one was tasty. I've been to this location a couple times and this time was the best experience for me.

I went to have lunch. I was very happy to walk right in and be seated but that shortly changed. After being seated no one came to take our drinks or let a know they would be by shortly. Unfortunately we will not be dining with the Dalton Olive Garden in the future!

For a chain restaurant, we were quiet happy with the food, service, and portions.

This Olive Garden is rather new at less than two years old, this was the first time I’ve tried it since it opened. The service was excellent, manager came and checked on us a couple times and made sure we were satisfied. Everyone got salsa and breadsticks which were delicious of course.

We just had the best experience at Olive Garden. I’ve been to many, have had good bad and indifferent experiences, today was GREAT! The food was amazing as always but the wait staff (mainly Paige) was over and above, don’t know if she was telepathic or just aware of our needs but we never had a moment where we were just sitting there wondering “where our waitress was”. Such a fantastic experience, thank you Paige! We definitely will be going back soon.

Can't say enough good things. The whole experience was great. But my favorite thing was the Alfredo. I love chicken alfredo, but the game changer for me was that i could get it with fried chicken. Took my chicken alfredo experience to a whole new level.

Terrible. Came here to eat last week and received TERRIBLE service. We were greeted by an obviously new hostess which I did not mind at all, she was very sweet. Unfortunately once we got to our table it seemed our sweet hostess had made a mistake, as a server who I heard was called “Kelly” began berating her and telling her she did not want to serve us. I understand everyone has their bad days, but if you could have seen how Kelly was treating her coworker, you would be writing a review too. Kelly was complaining very loudly and showing attitude big time. Like, how are you going to complain about WORKING while being ON THE CLOCK at the place you CHOSE to WORK at??? Luckily we were served by another server who offered to take Kelly’s table. I am absolutely disgusted by her behavior, I am not even sure how she continues to be employed here. The food was ok, the lasagna look like slop on a plate. Did not hold form or look anything like the picture. Management, do better. Make your employees treat each other fairly, especially to those who are new.
