When we arrived at outback, our waitress Savannah seemed immediately annoyed at our presence. Our assumption was maybe she was expecting to leave soon or had too many tables. The initial interactions we had with her felt like she wasn’t listening, was paying attention to other tables, yelling across the dining room to other servers, etc. when the salads were brought out multiple aspects were wrong. No additional bread was brought (after she asked and offered). Then, when the main course was brought out sides were missing and one main was wrong. When clarifying, she spoke in an overtly condescending tone. We were brought something not even presented as an option on the menu. When trying to fix it, all she did was explain to us was grilled shrimp was…. She later passed us off to another waiter but continued to work around our table speaking passive aggressively about her 8 years of experience at outback. One would hope that in those 8 years she would have been taught basic customer service skills. While Warren G was a delight in redeeming the experience, we will likely choose another restaurant in the future due to the experience provided by Savannah.

What I think is pretty cool about the DALTON outback is the same person as managed this location for the past 20 years… Jason D his reputation speaks for itself. return customers!

The food was very good and we got exactly what was ordered. The website made ordering easy and I rated the atmosphere a 5 because I got to eat at home.

We were promptly seated even though it was a weekend. Wayne was our server. He was very friendly and checked on us every time he walked by. This is our first time coming to the Dalton location since we usually go to Hamilton Place. It seems less busy here so we'll probably start coming here

Our server was really sweet and amazing. We were sat and seen very quickly. We just wanted to stop in for a nice quick lunch together. We ordered the bloomin onion 2 cokes and a boomarrita to start. Which were amazing. Then our meal comes out and the gentlmen serving the dishes confirmed who got the bloomin burger and who got the bloomin chicken and proceeded to serve them to the wrong person. Whatever I get it I work in a kitchen. We swapped our plates and before my fiance took a bite of his burger I noticed mold ontop of the burger bun but it looked like someone folded it over and tried serving it to us. Our server was sweet about the ordeal and was not her fault what so ever. But we sent the food back I lost my appetite completely the manager comes out and we tell him, he sees the bun but just kind of seems to brush it off since it’s bread it molds quick and asked if we would still want to eat my meal and remake his. I told him we’d just pay for the starter and salad but my appetite was gone. We still left her a good tip but just the lack of care of what is being sent out and kitchen quality especially because it was so noticeable. still ended up spending $36 before tip after meal was taken off. We agreed to pay that but still upsetting we go to eat and enjoy time and BOH was lacking in food quality. Will not return sadly .
Follow up it has been 2 weeks even after manager reached out to rectify our last lunch. Was asked for our address to receive a gift certificate to remedy our last lunch but Nothing has been sent out. I understand mail takes a few days but it shouldn’t take more than 3 days . Very upsetting to have been contacted and not followed through with what was said

I was appreciative that the main manager Jason reached out to me after my follow up. You can tell he truly cared about our experience and wanting to fix it for us to come back in the future. He told me they would end up over night the gift card to us. Well he personally hand delivered an edible arrangement strawberry and a beautiful care package and a very generous amount. I was truly blown away with his above and beyond need to rectify the issue. It just slipped through the cracks I get it but just having that experience was truly making me actually want to return to that location and try it again. I truly appreciate Jason and his care for his role and the company motto. That’s a manager that cares and you can tell who truly cares. Thank you so much Jason and to our server you guys truly were the motto for the company

Food was mediocre, not great but not bad. Salad dressings (blue cheese and ranch) were definitely not house made they tasted like kraft or lower quality which was very disappointing especially for the cost.

To start the chopped salad was not chopped at all. The coconut shrimp was a lunch special on Valentine's Day and it's supposed to be six shrimp they brought me four little small over battered over fried with maybe two or three pieces of coconut on all of them The baked potato was overcooked The mixed vegetables were dry and flavorless like all the water had been cooked out and they had set My daughter's sweet potato was overcooked and blackened on the inside of the skin weighted and waited on service at times and when the manager came out he was very sloppily dressed but did change the bill for us I'm not going back to the Dalton outback again at least not for a long time

This place can't be up to code. On both sides you can't fit thru the isles. If there is ever a fire we're all screwed. Way to many people in here
