This was a lousy restaurant experience. We waited 40 minutes for our food while we watched all the tables around us get served. The two of us ordered baked potato’s. When they finally brought the food, I got my potato but they told her they ran out before they got to hers! Who does that! My sirloin was a correct medium with good flavor but was dry and tough. When I told them that they blamed me. Who does that! They did comp our meal, but who cares? We didn’t eat anything but the bread, so we would never have agreed to pay $70 for the food anyway. We walked out. This sucked.
The owner below offered to make things right if I’d click on the link. I clicked and it led me to an error. So I went to the link myself and left a more detailed account of what happened with full contact info. I never got any response. So much for making it right.

Got a Togo order the 3 course chicken on the barbe
Chicken was great. But the salad and baked potato wasn't up to par. Lettuce was wilted and potato was burnt

The food was great but the service of My waiter Aaron he was extremely disrespectful to me and a coworker, he constantly ignored my table just to cuss the waitress constantly very loudly in front of the entire restaurant, he was obviously making her uncomfortable and that ruined my experience

I ordered food for pick up and it was not right. 86.00 is a lot money to not get what you order!
It was the worst food we’ve ever gotten , steak was burnt on one side and literally bleeding in the middle the blooming onion was way over cooked couldn’t even eat it and was treated poorly for saying anything

Great Steak Experience — One of My Favorites!
I had a great experience here at Outback in Dalton. I wanted to switch things up since I’d been eating steaks almost daily, so I ordered the steak and shrimp fettuccine — and it did not disappoint. The steak came out perfectly medium-rare, exactly how I wanted it. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Honestly, one of the best steak experiences I’ve had. The shrimp was also cooked just right, not overdone at all.
My only complaint was my drink. I ordered the Butterfly Pea Tea, and it wasn’t flavorful, plus I accidentally made a mess trying to pour it into my lemonade (totally my fault!). The meal was a little pricey for what I ordered, but overall it was still worth it.
I would definitely go back — especially for the steak. Top of my list when it comes to great steak experiences!

Had one of the best dinners I've had in years! Me and the wife drove up from Calhoun to go here bc our last experience in Rome location was awful and I love outback. We were seated quickly and had a fantastic server. Addison was on top of her game tonight and was exceptionally friendly. The food omg was wonderful. I had a Delmonico Ribeye and the wife had a chicken pasta and we both loved it. For desert we topped it off with the brownie and couldn't have made a better choice. 10 out 10 all the way around from service to atmosphere to food! We loved it and will be back!!!!

They give you so much food, you need a ask to go box. Leftovers is very good.

Foods good most of the time but service is always hit or miss.
Ordered the porterhouse...alot more fat and gristle and much tougher than expected for that kind of steak. It was ok but not great.

First time having eaten at this particular Outback. The service we received was not that great. Our server was not very personable. Our food was average at best. My son ordered a cheeseburger and came out as just a meat patty. When they brought out the correct way the cheese was so small on the patty and his bread was hard. All of our burgers were cooked well when we asked for medium. The blooming onion was the only thing that was good! We love Outback but this trip was disappointing.

When we arrived at outback, our waitress Savannah seemed immediately annoyed at our presence. Our assumption was maybe she was expecting to leave soon or had too many tables. The initial interactions we had with her felt like she wasn’t listening, was paying attention to other tables, yelling across the dining room to other servers, etc. when the salads were brought out multiple aspects were wrong. No additional bread was brought (after she asked and offered). Then, when the main course was brought out sides were missing and one main was wrong. When clarifying, she spoke in an overtly condescending tone. We were brought something not even presented as an option on the menu. When trying to fix it, all she did was explain to us was grilled shrimp was…. She later passed us off to another waiter but continued to work around our table speaking passive aggressively about her 8 years of experience at outback. One would hope that in those 8 years she would have been taught basic customer service skills. While Warren G was a delight in redeeming the experience, we will likely choose another restaurant in the future due to the experience provided by Savannah.
