Pablito's Cantina and Grill

This has been a favorite for us for years! Delicious food prepared quickly. It seems something has changed recently. On our last few visits the quality of the food and service has not been what it once was. We also order to-go frequently and have had several issues with our orders the last few times. Prior to these incidents, everything was always perfect. I may give them another try in a few months…

The food's better the service is better. The prices are cheaper.

Do not recommend. The service was poor and the food even worse. We got seated and one of the workers brought chips and salsa and walked away without saying a word. When we received our food it was extremely bland it had no flavor. I had ordered the burrito enchilada platter and you couldn’t even tell the difference between the two items. We had ordered guacamole and we didn’t even receive that yet they tried to charge us for it. Our server never checked up on us not even to drop off the bill. We walked up to the cashier at the front to be able to check out and he had to find our bill for us. You’re better off getting food at the fast food spots nearby than here.

It was dark in there. No ambient lighting. The music was TERRIBLE club music. The service was lousy. Server never checked back or refilled our drinks. My mom even spoke to her twice and was ignored BOTH times. And the food was bland and as lousy as tge rest if the experience.

If you are wanting real Mexican food this is not the restaurant for you. Food is bland, no real Mexican sazón. The usual chips and dip, bland and tasteless fajitas. Micheladas are bland as well no flavor what’s so ever taste like a watery beer. It’s seems like they are ready to get you in and out rushing food out and coming once to the table. I’ve there several time and it’s all the same .

We arrived at this restaurant about an hour before closing, around 8pm on Wednesday evening, Nov 6, 2024.. We were seated immediately, ordered a beer while looking at menu. Our server kept coming over to ask were we ready to order. We felt very rushed. He seemed irritated.The salsa was very thin and watery. The food was mediocre. I'm not a picky-eater, don't usually complain. Maybe the kitchen closes early? He brought our ticket to pay at 8;37pm. Our first visit to Dalton Ga enroute to Tennessee.

Brought out our dinner 1 plate at a time !
No plates or silverware offered had to ask several times! Sloppy service ! Asked for house sauce
! Brought out a 32 oz bottle , asked for sour cream! Because he forgot! Came out when we were finished
Have been here several times in the past driving through Ga.
Was always fantastic.
Not so much tonight!

The food was amazing! Regular margarita was good and beer was cold! Service was great! I'm only sad I visited here while traveling and can't come back regularly!
