Best experience I've ever had at this location. I think their food is very overpriced, and their employees always seem miserable, so I seldom eat here, but my stepsister selected it. I was pleasantly surprised! Good food and excellent service!

So I go in to pick up my order that I placed for them to have it ready at the time I get my lunch at three and they send me a text that it’s ready for pick up so I get there to pick it up but once I get there, I still have to wait because they’re out of the order that I placed the soup When I called before in the morning to see if they had it and they said yes, but when I get there to pick up my order, they tell me they’re out how are they out if I placed the order before they even start serving lunch that tells you that no matter how early you place your order for them to have it ready you still have a chance of them not having it ready or having what they tell you they do have always called before you go to pick up your order because when you arrive, there’s a chance You won’t get what you’re told you’re going to pick up even if it’s already paid for

I'm sitting inside of Panera Bread on Walnut Ave in Dalton, Georgia watching one of the managers, prepare food with gloved hands. She keeps reaching up and wiping her nose with her gloved hand. Now she's using the back of her hand, but she still wiping her nose, not changing her gloves, and continuing to prepare food. Suddenly my experience was altered
Lady seemed like the most unhappy person on the planet and spoke to me as if I was a total inconvenience to her. I guess that’s why they say a smile goes a long way. Being angry is a choice. Ordered a bbq panini and got this concoction you see in the pictures…. ITS DEFINITELY NOT PANINI BREAD. Sorry, don’t know what to order right after you tell me you don’t have bread bowls or baguettes, sheesh. NO TIP, sorry not sorry

I was given no sides with my orders. I had two entrees and no sides. When I sent a family member to pick up my bread they only gave one small slice. The salad had almost no vegetables, tons of feta, and maybe a tsp of dressing. I will not be ordering from this Panera bread again. Clearly they need babysitting.

This is a really friendly location but their soups are always so watery which makes them lack in flavor. I hope they fix this issue.
Definitely not the place to go during lunch rush, order a bread bowl soup to go had to go back because they put the soup in but no bread bowl… got back to my office to eat the Mediterranean bowl, wanted no rice only quinoa in it… did not get rice or any quinoa so pretty much a spinach salad is what I got. When they are not rushed they are great but lunch was a flop
