Made an online order at 6pm. Email stated it would be ready by 617pm. I arrived at 622pm and pulled up the window. The lady at the window was rude from the get go. She said we just received your order a few mins ago and stated it would be a 15 min wait. I said I got my confirmation email at 602pm that donāt make sense. She got hateful when I asked for my money back and said she would have to call some online service they use. She said they have nothing to do with that.I mean the company does use them for online services so technically they are representing your company. Am I not right? So anyways, I said well nevermind I guess Iāll have to wait on the food. With me saying that the lady hollers at the other people and said we may have to call Whitfield county. Like why am I getting the law threatened because you wanna be hateful? I was so confused. She comes back moments later and says if someone pulls up behind you Iām gonna need you to move. I shook my head in aggreeance. I get a notification that my food was ready at 628pm. They brought it out at 638pm. I feel she purposely made me wait longer. I live less than 5 mins away and love eating here. But I will never spend another dollar or thought on Papaās Pizza to Go in Dawnville, Ga. She was the rudest, most hateful person I have ever come in contact with. I didnāt get her name. But she wore glasses and looks like she been through some stuff in life. Maybe a past drug habit or current I donāt know. But she was pissed she had to be at work or something and her customer service was crap!!!! Do better management.
