Excellent experience all around. Food is always ready quickly and done well. The employees are friendly and efficient. I have several food restrictions and the staff are always careful and don't make me feel like I am bothering them with my requirements. This is my favorite Pizza Hut in the area.
They delivered the wrong order and when I called to sort it out the man I spoke with kept repeating "well I tried to call you." I never received a call but regardless that's a poor way to handle it. They told me my actual order would be delivered but it would take another 30 minutes. We never got a knock at the door or any notification that my actual order was delivered. I called to ask and they said it had been delivered a while ago. I stepped outside and my order was there but very cold at that point because we weren't made aware it had been delivered at all. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Asked the guy ringing me up how he was doing and got ignored. That’s cool idc do you. But after you touch the front door, the wall, the counter, the register/screen, half the equipment in the kitchen, and your face I expect you to not use your bare hands to grab my a side of banana peppers ? watched the whole thing didn’t even think of gloves or to simply wash his hands. Also found a hair in my pizza so there’s that as well ?

We've been going to Pizza Hut for as long as I can remember, and Wes has always been the friendly face we have met at the counter. We wouldn't eat from any other pizza spot!
My pizza was over cooked and kind of hard or chewy with barely any cheese on it, kids didn’t even eat it, waist of money. This Pizza Hut hasn’t been too great lately to be honest. Guess that’s what I get for eating fast food anyways.

Young man taking my order was basically laying on the counter couldn't understand anything he said because he was talking down to the counter and behind the register screen. I had ask him three times what he was saying.not even sure he had eyes as he never made eye contact
