Very unhappy with our server! I'm not sure what we did wrong, but briefly after stopping at our table the first time, she became surly, and stopped checking on us throughout the remainder of our visit. The biscuits we great. Everything else was mediocre.

Went there today with my family to enjoy a nice meal but was very disappointed I got the sirloin with broccoli and fries my husband got the fish and chips with a baked potato and my son got popcorn shrimp kids meal with fries and I ordered my steak medium well and it was done and every piece of food we had was extremely salty my husband could only eat the inside of his potato because the rest of it was dry and old tasting he took one bite of his coleslaw and spit it out into the napkin because it was the most disgusting coleslaw he ever had The fries was not that appetizing at all The only good part about the meal is probably the biscuits And when my husband was going to ask the waitress for either ketchup or some type of sauce other than tartar because he don't like that with his fish we could not find our waitress she disappeared I went to the front to find a manager to complain and the one took my receipt and was going to come back with my waitress to pay at the table and when I got my bill it was over $55 how ridiculous for gross food so when my waitress finally came to my table I told her I had complaints so she went and found the manager and I complained to the manager about the food which they were nice and friendly and all but I still was charged almost $30 they were trying to make it up to us by letting us get something else to eat and I told them that my appetite was ruined by what I was served that I would just like to leave because I've wasted enough of my time there so I had to end up paying the $30 for gross food and I had a $50 gift card so I just tipped the rest to the waitress because I wasn't worried about it cuz like I stated I wasted enough time there even though she was nice and friendly and got what we needed in the beginning but toward the end of my dine in experience she was nowhere to be found so the only reason I'm leaving a two-star is because the staff was friendly

The fish was called new. I did not like it at all. There is too much breading on it. I told our server they needed to go back to the old fish.
I recently dined at the Red Lobster in Dalton, GA, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with a relaxed, coastal atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. We were warmly greeted by the hostess, and our server was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
The food was delicious and fresh, starting with the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which were warm and perfectly cheesy – hard to resist! I ordered the Ultimate Feast, and every item on the plate was cooked to perfection. The lobster tail was tender and flavorful, the shrimp were juicy, and the crab legs were easy to crack open and enjoy. The sides were just as satisfying; I chose the creamy mashed potatoes and the fresh side salad, both of which complemented the meal well.
Despite being a busy evening, the service was prompt, and our drinks were never empty. I also appreciated that the staff checked on us without being intrusive. For a chain restaurant, this Red Lobster truly impressed me with its quality of food and service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying seafood meal in Dalton!

The shrimp scampi and dragon shrimp were delicious. The waitress was attentive and kept our glasses filled to the rim. I ordered sweet tea to drink and it was perfect; not too sweet. It’s a quick stop off the interstate.
