Just wanted to drop a question for management: WHY are you using tail on shrimp in your pasta? Do you enjoy eating shrimp with the tail on? Your customers are digging the shrimp out of the pasta to take the tails off. Come on now. Other than that, service was great. Food tastes like some corners are being cut, but overall it was good our waitress was great.

I just called to check on an application I put in a few ago and the lady that answered the phone had a rude tone with me because I wanted to check an application. I wouldnt want to eat at such a place where the staff are completely rude.

If a couple comes in for dinner, not sure why they try to place you in the bar area first. I would think they would ask before assuming.Meal was good and service at the table was handled well. Came by often enough tho see to our needs but not so much as to interrupt our dinner.

Our first time here, we did not have to wait to be seated (although when we left there was a lineup). We had biscuits, stuffed flounder, broccoli, baked potato and fish and chips with coleslaw. It was all very good, but a criticism is that the "newspaper printed" paper under the fish and chips basically disintegrated into grey paper mush while eating. Our server (Darrel?) was attentive and friendly. Easy walking distance from our hotel.

Tried the Dalton location. Waited at front kiosk for 10 minutes before someone came. When seated ordered drinks. The cranberry juice was watered down. Server rolled her eyes when we asked for more cranberry Ordered fish and chips. Fish was good but fries were undercooked and soggy. Coleslaw tasted bad. Told the server that the coleslaw tasted spoiled. She remarked ok. When I asked her to tell the kitchen about it she said it was made that morning so it was good but they will throw it out and no one will get coleslaw today. Got our bill and she gave us a $3.50 discount. So we paid $17.50 each for one piece of fish, inedible fries and coleslaw. Spoke with the manager and he did nothing. This was the worst Red Lobster I ever been to.
