I love Schlotzsky's and this one as good as any, both service and food.
Very good sandwich
This is our first time and last time eating at this location. Half of our order was not even in the bag. We should have read reviews before trying. Go anywhere else. Not worth the money.
Great food and good service
The sandwiches are really good. I in particular did not like their cinnamon rolls.
We stopped in on December 17 around 6 PM for the first time, hoping to order a Pick Two with a flatbread pizza and a sandwich. The woman with curly hair at the register told me I couldn’t choose a pizza, claiming it wasn’t an option. However, the menu clearly states the only exclusion is calzones, and even mentions an additional charge for premium items (with a star indicating the pizza is included as a premium option).
I politely asked her twice to get a manager or someone else to assist, but she refused both times and was very rude. Frustrated, we ended up leaving and going to Panera Bread instead. Later, I downloaded the app to double-check, and sure enough, the app allows you to choose a pizza as part of the Pick Two. You can see in the photo attached that it is an option.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The poor customer service and refusal to escalate the issue were unacceptable.

The service at this place is TERRIBLE. There’s a kid up front that works the register.. and he was laughing and smiling while he took our order. He was not professional or warm at all. I asked him what kind of bread they had and he started laughing and said “I don’t know.” So he asked a coworker in the back and she took the rest of our order.
When my food came, the did not do the substitute from sourdough bread to the jalepeno cheddar that I asked them to.
Also, the place was not clean. No where clean to sit down.
Terrible management..

They close the dine in at 8, say drive thru is open until 9. They have a full staff inside and no one answered the inner com, they are taking long. It is disappointing to see them making bucks by the hour and not give any service. They should at least tell customers they are not attending. They know they are making you wait on purpose. There is 5 cars waiting.
Nothing like a Schlotzky's sandwich.

Have not been to one in years, had the original medium sandwich and it was perfect. just like i remember when I ate at the one near Spalding and Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs 30 years ago. nice culinary trip down memory lane.
Parking: big parking lot, busy on a Friday, but no issues.
Kid-friendliness: good for kids of all ages
