We stopped in on December 17 around 6 PM for the first time, hoping to order a Pick Two with a flatbread pizza and a sandwich. The woman with curly hair at the register told me I couldn’t choose a pizza, claiming it wasn’t an option. However, the menu clearly states the only exclusion is calzones, and even mentions an additional charge for premium items (with a star indicating the pizza is included as a premium option).

I politely asked her twice to get a manager or someone else to assist, but she refused both times and was very rude. Frustrated, we ended up leaving and going to Panera Bread instead. Later, I downloaded the app to double-check, and sure enough, the app allows you to choose a pizza as part of the Pick Two. You can see in the photo attached that it is an option.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The poor customer service and refusal to escalate the issue were unacceptable.

The service at this place is TERRIBLE. There’s a kid up front that works the register.. and he was laughing and smiling while he took our order. He was not professional or warm at all. I asked him what kind of bread they had and he started laughing and said “I don’t know.” So he asked a coworker in the back and she took the rest of our order.
When my food came, the did not do the substitute from sourdough bread to the jalepeno cheddar that I asked them to.
Also, the place was not clean. No where clean to sit down.
Terrible management..

They close the dine in at 8, say drive thru is open until 9. They have a full staff inside and no one answered the inner com, they are taking long. It is disappointing to see them making bucks by the hour and not give any service. They should at least tell customers they are not attending. They know they are making you wait on purpose. There is 5 cars waiting.

Have not been to one in years, had the original medium sandwich and it was perfect. just like i remember when I ate at the one near Spalding and Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs 30 years ago. nice culinary trip down memory lane.

Parking: big parking lot, busy on a Friday, but no issues.

Kid-friendliness: good for kids of all ages

Wheelchair accessibility: as required by law. no surprises.

This spot is a highlight stop when coming back to Atlanta from Nashville family visits. It’s always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food has always been a favorite since I was young. Great spot to stop for a bite if you’re sick of regular road trip fast food!

First time back since post pandemic and overall the food was good. I had the Pesto Chicken flatbread which I didn't realize had bacon on it. After taking the bacon off, it was great. The broccoli cheddar soup was a disappointment but the Cinnabon definitely made up for it. Hubs had the supreme pizza which he really liked. I rate it a yum face ?

Ordered food online. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready before ever even getting anything. We ordered one on a gluten free bun that came unmarked and at the bottom of a bag full of regular sandwhiches and contaminated and inedible. When asked which was the gluten free, the worker responded "the round bun". In a bag full of round buns. They also gave no straws and got the order wrong and had to be reminded what we ordered. They also left out items entirely. A huge waste of time and money that will be wasting more time to get refunded for their screw ups.

The guy at the drive thru needs to learn some courtesy for the customers. His attitude sure ain't good. Passes money through the window and drops your change (coins).

He has NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIS COURTESY FOR THE CUSTOMER IS SADLY LACKING!
