This sonic needs to close down it’s nasty and run down . They ran my card twice and done nothing about it . Said they couldn’t give me a receipt . the transaction went thru my bank and they never returned my money . The workers were nasty and not even in uniform had on dirty Bucees hoodie and the others didnt have on uniforms either . Very unprofessional and rude people . Will NOT be back . Close this store down . The food was cold and old my tea was soured . DO BETTER

We came to this sonic to order two small milkshakes & waited 15 minutes so we pressed the button to make sure they didnt forget about us ( which is ridiculous) and we were told they had to do online orders and then bring someone else’s food out before ours came out .. never pay before you get your food here that way you can leave and never come back

This is like the 20th time that I’ve asked for chili cheese fries and I get tots, then you get the fries you asked for and still have tots in it with the fries that’s in the picture I provided, and the customer service is not good. Please hire workers that aren’t stupid, hire a new crew or actually manage your workers. Especially with what happened on the 4th where all the workers wanted to sit outside and watch fireworks instead of working and handling someone that’s ordered and then tell them you’re closed. Sounds like yall got a bunch of people that don’t wanna do their jobs.

Waited 10 minutes in a stall, never waited on. Pulled to drive-thru, interrupted mid order to say cards only, I saidok & was asked to pull up. After 20 minutes and 2 cars in front of mine, they never had an order at all for me. When I tried to explain, Jako said he didn't do it, don't get mad at him and starts complaining to his fellow employee instead of trying to fix my drink. So I drove away after wasting 30 minutes of my time. Very unhappy customer-would give them a zero if I could!

Attempted to notify the help, no success. Husband tossed bag with these nasty cheese things on ground at the door...crazy dirty white boy then tells husband he is going to call the cops...then tells us not to come back...OK no problem boss

Placed my order 35 minutes ago and still no food. If not for the prepay at the stall, I would drive off. Worst service ever. **amending this post** I didn't think it could get worse than what it was, but they are excelling in that area. My footlong chili cheesedog came out missing key components like chili, cheese, mustard and ketchup that come standard. The tots were stale and disgusting. My blackberry and vanilla slush was nasty looking strawberries with a green Boba pearl in the mix and my daughter's unicorn slush was nothing but syrup and Boba pearls. They managed to take bad service and turn it abysmal.

I qent and or a double cheese burger and the burger was so greasy that the grease was actually coming right through the bag and I called them right away and yes I was piss off so yes I was cussing the manager out but 1st off when the women at the windows hand out my order she did say thank you or have a good night or kiss her ass or anything then that happens right after that the grease thing happen and the reason why I was cussing and pissed off was that I got the grease all over me and all in the car to and the manager never apologized or anything all she told me was to bring it back and ahe give me my money back I wasn't worried

Three times couldn’t get order correct. We gave up. You don’t have to remember the order, it’s on paper just check it over before handing the food over.
