They're always slow their excuse is their training you employees which may be true. Sometimes order is wrong in fact the last three times I've been there they have gotten my order messed up. Last time I was there the only car hop was the manager I did take that into consideration for them being slow that they were shorthanded but getting my order messed up there was no excuse for that they totally live one item off and try to tell me that is because of the new employee...
Went to drive through.Got our food and parked and watched traffic.They get a lot of bad reviews.I have been coming here since they built the place and I have never had a problem.My orders is always correct.We love their cherry ? lime aids. Very nice hard working young people work here.
Fast friendly service, good food. Definitely a well managed location. I have just about stopped going to sonic drive in because the service at the Covington Georgia location and a few other locations are beyond horrible. This location Definitely needs praise for the outstanding job they are doing. I Definitely recommend this location.
