Paid extra for extra Chilli Cheese on each of our Chilli cheese tots it charged us 3 extra dollars each. Barely had anything on them at all. The tots were old also. The food in general was a disappointing.

No one was taking orders at the drive through at 12:30pm. Multiple people drove off.

Finally got to try the new smash burger. Placed my order online through the app. Picked up the order and received a regular burger, NOT the smash burger. Also ordered the groovy fries and received none of the sauce. The fries were luke warm at best. Seems these young folks they have working here could care less if the order is correct or not. Disappointed in this location.

7pm Monday Sept 23, 2024 We sat for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. There were three teenagers working, moving very slowly and a car sat in the Drive-Thru the whole time we were there. Got tired of waiting and went around to the drive-thru and still go no service. I said 'hello' and the girl said can I get your order. I told her I wanted a burger and she said 'we are out of burgers' ?? Drove off and went to checkers.. came back by 10 minutes later and the parking lot was full ? This place is getting just as bad as McDonald's..very frustrating!

This place is awful the food is awful and the service is even worst and the wait is ridiculous then if you eat at a stall you can’t even use the bathrooms because they keep them locked cause they don’t want to clean them they ain’t broke employees don’t go 8 or more hours and not use the restroom and if your working you don’t have time to leave and find a bathroom
