I ask for an ice matcha, not for a cup of foam. I asked them to re do it again and they gave me the same. If I would like a glass of foam I would ask for it. But there is nothing liquid in this cup

Its an okay place, but most people come and go. They don't even acknowledge you exist. It's honestly not a very friendly or welcoming environment compared to the local coffee shops downtown. The lights project a warm glow that seems inviting, however, everyone is there for their drink or pastry then leave immediately. If you're trying to find like minded individuals, you won't find them here. I ordered a Iced Chai Latte w/ almond milk and substituted sugar with stevia raw extract. It was good, nothing that took my breath away.

I ordered mine through the app, for an introvert, is a preferable method as I can't rattle my order off in five seconds like most people can.

It's a little pricey, but I'm assuming its because I customized mine. It was $6.25 for a 16 once cup.

Arrived to pick up my mobile order made a big deal saying I didn’t place it for drive thru, told them I did she okay ā€œwe’ll give it to youā€ and never apologized. Get my drink and it has more foam then the actual drink in it go back and let them know ask the manager for my money back, her name is Norma and she said we can’t give your money and never tried to make it right like other managers have done or offer something else or to remake it. Thanks to her I called the number and got over $36 refund and got to keep the food and drink. Thanks to the unprofessional manager I won’t be going back to starbucks they suck. Overpriced for filling your cup with extra nasty foam.

I ordered two drinks I get very often from other locations. These somehow don’t even look the same as usual, and they taste horrible. They have the most bitter terrible aftertaste. How do I have 13+ grams of sugar and caramel in these drinks and yet it tastes like I’m drinking burnt black coffee grounds?

I used to love this Starbucks location, but unfortunately, things have changed drastically in the last couple of years. The location itself is awkward and difficult to navigate, especially during peak traffic times. Once inside, the atmosphere remains warm and inviting, but that’s about the only thing that hasn’t declined.

Customer service used to be top-notch—I even bragged about it! Now, it’s just "blah." The drive-thru experience is especially frustrating. The employees barely acknowledge customers, and sometimes it feels like they’re doing the bare minimum just to get through their shift. I’m not sure if a change in management has affected morale or if management simply stopped enforcing good customer service, but either way, it’s noticeable and disappointing.

Now, onto the real issue—the coffee. Lately, it tastes burnt and flavorless. I’ve had to throw away drinks more than once, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re paying premium prices. Something has changed in the last few months, and it’s not for the better.

I actually deleted a glowing review I wrote three years ago just to replace it with this one. That’s how drastic the decline has been. A little refresher on customer service training and a focus on quality control could go a long way. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I get the Matcha Frappuccino every time I go… And multiple times they have made my drink wrong, so I called them to explain the situation. More than on one occasion, I have called them to see if they could just get this straightened out, but they continue to mess up the Matcha Frappuccino, so the lady that I spoke to told me that this was a A Reoccurring thing and I told her That’s correct it’s a reoccurring thing that y’all do not get my drink right that’s why I’m calling and she accused me of calling in and Trying to get drinks for free. I felt like I was treated very rudely and I will not be going back to this location
