I used to love this Starbucks location, but unfortunately, things have changed drastically in the last couple of years. The location itself is awkward and difficult to navigate, especially during peak traffic times. Once inside, the atmosphere remains warm and inviting, but that’s about the only thing that hasn’t declined.
Customer service used to be top-notch—I even bragged about it! Now, it’s just "blah." The drive-thru experience is especially frustrating. The employees barely acknowledge customers, and sometimes it feels like they’re doing the bare minimum just to get through their shift. I’m not sure if a change in management has affected morale or if management simply stopped enforcing good customer service, but either way, it’s noticeable and disappointing.
Now, onto the real issue—the coffee. Lately, it tastes burnt and flavorless. I’ve had to throw away drinks more than once, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re paying premium prices. Something has changed in the last few months, and it’s not for the better.
I actually deleted a glowing review I wrote three years ago just to replace it with this one. That’s how drastic the decline has been. A little refresher on customer service training and a focus on quality control could go a long way. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Asked for a venti with light ice and received basically a grande. Don’t know if it was to be rude but found it to be.

I get the Matcha Frappuccino every time I go… And multiple times they have made my drink wrong, so I called them to explain the situation. More than on one occasion, I have called them to see if they could just get this straightened out, but they continue to mess up the Matcha Frappuccino, so the lady that I spoke to told me that this was a A Reoccurring thing and I told her That’s correct it’s a reoccurring thing that y’all do not get my drink right that’s why I’m calling and she accused me of calling in and Trying to get drinks for free. I felt like I was treated very rudely and I will not be going back to this location
Friendly service, Drinks are always good, check to make sure lid is on securely before taking a sip.

Every Starbucks location has coffee that tastes different, but this location makes the best tasting drinks.

Waited 18 minutes for my drink. Walked out of the store without an apology. Hopefully the new CEO can bring back basic customer service

I've never been one to leave bad reviews but the experience I had yesterday warranted me making a yelp for this. Yesterday I visited this Starbucks to get a pumpkin spice latte, I hadn't had one this year so l figured I'd give it a go. So I go in and the front lobby is absolutely trashed. I wait in line for like 15 minutes and I finally try to order and the boy at the counter (tall one with clear glasses) was extremely hateful when I asked about if the pumpkin spice came in sugar free (I'm type one diabetic) so after that I waited for another 25 minutes on my drink and it was half empty and cold I tried to get another and the guy just said "if you want another you're going to buy it". I asked to talk to a manager but he said he wasn't there (at 1pm on a Wednesday) | tried calling and asking for the manager later on but whoever answered their phone answered and immediately hung up, this happened twice. So in short the coffee was bad, the service was really mean, and the manager ghosts his phone calls, either doesn't come to work or acts like he isn't there. I won't be back here ever again. Dunkin Donuts is cheaper and it's just as good and the service is much better.

Gave in and tried to get my first fall drink at our local Starbucks...I have other places I prefer for coffee, however, I wanted to give Starbucks another chance. I got the new "Pecan Oatmeal Latte" and their sausage cheddar sandwich. The drink felt a little light when the barista handed it to me but I didn't open or drink it, until I got to work. I opened the drink up and the whole top of my drink is ALL foam. It looked like a cappuccino and NOT a latte. I used to make drinks for a living, this is not what a $6.25 latte should look like. Save to say I will not be getting my coffee from them again. When I'm paying $12 for a grande and small sandwich and still living a tip, I would think the barista would give me what I ordered, a Latte. I didn't order foam ?
