The worst Starbucks I have ever been to! My husband and I stopped while on a recent road trip for a quick coffee. Ordered a tall flat white and a plain coffee inside. 30 mins and a reminder to an employee later, I left with 1 coffee….it wasn’t even the basic coffee….they couldn’t take the time to pour plain coffee in a cup and hand it to me. Yes, the place was busy but you need to take the time to help the people in front of you, not just the drive thru and mobile orders. I do not recommend this location to anyone unless you’ve got all the time in the world and don’t mind waiting.

Wouldn’t tell us the right code for the bathroom, and my kids needed to go until they saw us get irritated that’s when they gave us the code. We ordered drinks and 4 cake pops the drinks came out immediately, but the cake pops came out individually. It wasn’t even busy for that kind of service either.

The slowest Starbucks you will go through. I have never waited less than 20 minutes for something as simple as a coffee and a cake pop. Not to mention the amount of times they have forgotten things in my order and I’ve had to turn around and wait another 15 minutes. By the time you get to the window your drinks are watery or not even hot. In the time it would take to drive across town, get Starbucks there, and come back you’d probably have your order faster than waiting at this Starbucks.

Screwed up my order for my pregnant wife so I called in and whoever answered was cool. Down to fix the order for free. I go inside to get said order and everyone is blatantly ignoring me as if I don’t exist. I’m now in the drive thru still trying to just simply get my correct order. The quality of everything is great, just really rude staff. Needs more proper management.
