Beautiful stadium downtown Chattanooga.. It was first unique to the college football team because they were able to sell beer before almost anyone else…

The inside of the store was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and had our drinks ready quickly. It’s an easy location to get to from the freeway. They had a nice outside patio to be able to sit and enjoy your drinks. They had some Starbucks merchandise, but not as much as I would like.

If I could give no stars I would. Im not sure what the point of having a order ahead option is if im consistently waiting 15-20 minutes for my order. I understand being busy but even when there is barely anyone at this location it still takes just as long to get one drink. Absolutely ridiculous

I placed a mobile order for pick up at 8:23AM. I was handed my order at 8:37AM. After standing inside waiting for over 5 minutes and NOBODY even acknowledged I was standing there waiting. There is *NO* sense of urgency at this location AT ALL. It’s a great location if you have 15-20 minutes to wait for your mobile order. Maybe next time yall! My food and coffee was GREAT, but the service was terrible.

I wish I could give Starbucks all the stars, but their coffee here is quite bitter. Like REALLY bitter. Otherwise though, this Starbucks is amazing. Their sandwiches are so good and always warm and fresh. The eggs are fluffy and delightful. Nothing better than Starbucks.

Four employees and not one asked me how can they help me. Waited 15 minutes for a 2 drink mobile order that was placed 10 minutes before arriving. In other words it took 25 minutes to get to drinks. And I re-emphasize, 4 employees and not one asked how they can help me. Totally clueless, you're in the customer service business, provide good customer service.

I hate coming here, the only time I ever come here is as soon as they open.
The customer service is horrendous! I've worked in customer service for 5+ years and never would I ever say or act the way some of the employees do.
Last summer me and my 6yo nephew came here for the first time to get some refreshers. We waited about 20 minutes and they didn't put the lid to his drink on all the way so as soon as I picked it up, it fell and spilt everywhere. No one did anything except sit there and watched as I ran and grabbed napkins to soak up the liquid from running all over the place. Not once did anyone offer to clean it, as if it's not their job that they get paid to do. They started giggling like me struggling was funny. They didn't offer to make my nephew a new drink or anything to be comforting or accommodating.

I used to work at McDonald's and that never would have slid. I would have been so embarrassed if a paying customer had to clean up a mess that was caused by me in the beginning. Before they could've even reached for a napkin I'd already have a wet wash cloth ready to go. It's a lot easier to clean when you have the correct supplies too

Another terrible experience happened just last week, it was crazy hot out and I'm now expecting, I was super thirsty and just wanted a ice water and they said no. I couldn't have an ice water. I'm pregnant and sweaty and some boy over the speaker told me I needed to make a purchase if I wanted some god damn cold tap water.
He said I could by a cake pop...
I went to McDonald's and they gave me a large ice water for 40cents and when I got to the first window they said don't worry about it and that they had taken care of it. I didn't need to pay and I got a ice water, a large ice water:) p.s I didn't work at this McDonald's I'm from Michigan and I worked at the one in hartland lol.

Really they just need new staff completely they are rude and obviously don't understand what customer service is. Either retrain all of them or fire all of them. The team members should also learn how to smile, I get a feeling of coldness and annoyance like me being there is just a burden.
I know this might sound crazy but if fast food paid better and I wouldn't have to work with lazy annoying children I'd love to work in it again but alas I make bookoo bucks working else where now.

Ordered a pastry, waited over 20 mins. I hen asked the barista for it, she answered very rude “there’s only 2 of us, you need to wait”. I said all you need to do is put it in a bag and didn’t even warmed it. Very bad service.

I normally don’t complain but to wait 20 minutes for 2 small drinks and listen to a whole conversation with the window wide open.. watching 4 tall drinks be handed over and mine comes very last and melted not frozen like I ordered.. that’s wild

I come in about 4:35am a couple of times a week on my way to work. ALWAYS get a Venti mocha cookie crumble, no whip, extra crumble (which I pay for I think) My drink is always perfect till this morning. It wasn’t my normal girls but there was nothing in this drink. No crumble, no java chips, just plain chocolate frap with hardly any flavor. $7 for a coffee (that I usually crave) and this morning was so disappointing 😩
