Stopped at this Starbucks for a coffee. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. My coffee was so full, the lid popped off and it overflowed all over my lap in the car. Luckily, it wasn't hot, so I wasn't burned; however, it was supposed to be a hot coffee, and it was lukewarm. Took it inside to get another, and the girl behind the counter had an attitude and said they were understaffed. The dining room was empty and there were 4-5 people behind the counter. I was given a replacement coffee, which (once again) was filled to the rim, and once again spilled when I went to take a sip. On top of that, it was STILL not hot, only slightly warmer. Never have I had a bad experience at a Starbucks - until today.

Waited in the long line this morning and paid over $7 for a cup of coffee only to be disrespected by the drive thru person for using Apple Pay and not letting him know at the time of my order. He literally rolled his eyes and said I needed to tell them up front,and when I apologized he just mumbled umm hu. He brought my coffee back and I said thank you then he just closed the window in my face. I mean why ??♀️

Great place to sit and drink coffee when near the shopping outlets on this end of town. Drive thru is always a heavy line. I would suggest going in if you have the time. Sit, drink and rest a while.

Slowest service out of any Starbucks I've been to. Drive-thru seemed to be experiencing extended periods of Time as well. A sense of urgency is needs to be implemented. Employees standing around and off duty manager standing there making conversation taking away employees' time unaware of customers waiting. Bad service.

Every time I go here they only fill my drink half way, and I order everything as is, no special requests. The staff is fine, but the drinks are definitely not worth the $8 I'm paying.
