Ordered on subway app with the special for the day used location finder when got to pick up order to find out they don’t used the app for specials just for orders. I ordered fl sandwich with free nachos got sandwiche only

Didn’t receive any food, they had three workers and nobody working
Stood there for 15 mins before even being acknowledged, then she asked me what I wanted I told her my bread she got it out then walked away and didn’t return.
So no food and poor ass service
Btw it was the old lady that works there

This is the only Subway I've been to that can never get my order right!! I decided to give the a 2nd chance, MY MISTAKE! It will not happen again. I paid $17.80 for a bowl of turkey and ranch dressing! It was barely any lettuce or spinach in bowl, I asked for pickles to be added (even picked the more option, being that I'm a pickle lover) absolutely NO PICKLES! The turkey was just placed on top, any other Subway it's cut up. Once I arrived to pick up my order I decided to get some cookies and a drink. Another mistake!! Cookies hard as a brick!!! I don't know if Atlanta has me spoiled but I Guarantee this Subway will never get a dime of my money again! Very disappointing 😕

I'm usually not a fan of Subway, but this experience was top shelf! The staff went above & beyond to serve us. The place was spotlessly clean and the food was the best I've ever experienced from Subway. The young man that built my sandwich, took pride in creating something I'd like! Thank you Subway of Varnell!

They REALLY need to upgrade the communication system at the drive thru. It has been bad for years and makes for a very difficult ordering experience!As usual the order was wrong when checked. See above.Also, it's been quite some time since they have flown the Stars and Stripes... See pictures.

Heavenly Touch

Went in yesterday to eat with my family, it was just us at the moment and the girl was taking her time and would not stop talking to her coworker so we were waiting for a while for our food and she was just taking her time, not to mention she forgot the avocado on my sub which I ordered a mexicali sub, she kept on laughing and making jokes about i don't know what but I was just calmly waiting and then boom they get a line and by this time we were at the table eating and she forgot the avocado so I wait for the line to go down and I tell the manager I was already half way done with my sub and the girl tells her yea she put it on there and I answered the girl like no you did not I have the sub still if you want to see it and she just walks away. I'm trying to have a good dinner wit my family and her attitude was just horrible and the manager apologizes for her but to be honest if the young girl does not like her job she needs to find one that she does or change her attitude. The manager was a sweetheart and it's sad that an employee can ruin the whole atmosphere of a place. Such a horrible experience for me my kids and husband. Over some avocado's if she wasnt so busy trying to entertain her coworker she would had done her job right and she made it seem as if we were a burden for ordering food. I felt very humiliated why would I lie when I even offered to show her the sub.... needs to do better with attitude I don't know her name but she doesnt even wear the proper clothes for serving food with shorts and long sleeve shirt no uniform and her hair in her face. You work hard for your money to not get what you order or to have someone make it it so complicated for food.
