Terrible couldn't even eat it. Bread Old and hard it crumbled like crackers the steak was ice cold the roast beef sub was burnt the bread was burnt. Door dash delivered it and I made a complaint.

I understand when ppl are rude to someone bc they’re rude first but there is absolutely no reason I should walk in anywhere really and they look at me like i’ve just ruined their lives . Didn’t even greet my friend and I with a hello or anything. We had asked a question pertaining to how the coupons work on the app and the older lady in there couldn’t even smile or anything , super rude, just like we were interrupting her day or something. The other young girl wasn’t the nicest either but at least she made more effort to communicate with us. Food was alright considering it’s just subway, but the service there definitely needs improving. Doesn’t seem as though they get a lot of business anyways and if that’s how they treat everyone that walks in the doors, I can see why. The little ceasers beside them has better customer service than them.

The ladies that were working yesterday made some amazing subs for my wife and myself and let's just say that the subs were perfect in everyway they did not disappoint! Keep up the amazing work ladies if you don't get told by the managers enough here it is and keep on doing an amazing job!

Ok I come to this subway everyday I work at my job and I order the same thing every single time. Tell me why today some girl I've never seen working going to put 3 pieces of ham and so I asked does more ham not come on the 6 inch she says 6 and so she put more and charged me for double yet I literally just counted the ham before she put more and there is literally only 3 pieces of ham so not only was she rude about it she didn't even put the amount that she said was suppose to be on there so I paid almost $16 for a 6 inch ham with white American cheese extra lettuce and light black pepper a bag of chips a drink and 6 cookies I will not be eating here as long as the girl who fixed my sand is working here so better subway

Customer service sucks ordered 3 subs online paid for them went to pick them up and the order wasn't ready they said they didn't receive it but they got the money they refused to fix the Subs or give me a refund he said he called the Manager and was told not to fix the Subs or give a refund that's ok I called My CC company and they are going to take care of it for me
