I'm never going to this location ever again. At this point it's actually better for me to go out of my way and drive a mile more to the other shop in downtown because at least there my sandwich will actually come out the way I asked for it. I never leave reviews but I genuinely had the worst experience. The guy who was taking our order in the drive through kept rushing us as we were ordering our food. Mind you we really didn't take long at all to ask for what we wanted as we order the same thing everytime go to any subway. Then He rudely wanted us to head to the window but we actually told him we weren't done ordering yet, because we weren't then suddenly his coworker switched with him and finished taking our order and rang us up and we went on our way. Let me tell you once we finally sat down to eat, none of the sandwiches were toasted and with one particular it looked like they gave up entirely because there was no lettuce and literally I kid you not 3 strings of mozzarella cheese. We had asked for american. To paint a better picture it was untoasted bread, 4 meatballs with hardly any marinara sauce, no lettuce just tomato, and 3 tiny strings of cheese that was it. I wish I took a photo because it was really shocking.

I love the sandwich that Jonathan Valentin did for me so great everything perfect he but the right thing in my sandwich i needy sandwich fast and he could it do it at time no waiting fast good job i give him a 20 we need good work like him like Jonathan so happy

Jonathan Valentin is the best sandwich maker ever that has worked at this establishment. Food was made fast, service excellent and everything was on point. Thank you for having such a great worker. He always doing everything alone and is not fair . We need to keep him there and happy 😊 . More people like him.

Service bites and the 6 inch is really 4 inches. The service was horrible, the girl at the window was rude. I'll never go back went down the road to next Subway and they made it right.

Rude attendant, in a hurry even though the place was empty and there was no one at the drive-thru. I forgot to ask the name of the woman who served us but if any manager wants to know what we're talking about we visited the place on May 10th at around 1pm.

Service was great but when asking the boy who made my order 5-5-25 @5:30 to put LIGHT ranch on sub he then proceeded to just cake the ranch on the sub like what I said was heavy ranch. I did not catch his name but someone needs to teach that boy what light means before I make him remake my sub the next time we come in.

If you order at night on Grubhub from this location, they delay the order and then cancel it at close rather than making the sandwich. This has happened repeatedly.

been waiting on a mobil order that said ready 30 minutes ago for 27 minutes.. in the drive through rn so probably an hour total by the time i get it.
My sub was made my way and it was real good. I have no complaints. I recommend Subway to everyone.
Vegetarian options: I am not a Vegetarian so I really couldn't tell U what is good or not. I'm a big meat eater myself. I just know they have plenty of options for Vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: Sorry but I can't answer this one at all either.
Parking: They have their own parking lot in front of the store. And it want cost U a penny to park and eat.
Kid-friendliness: I seen kids having a good time eating there. And the lady behind the counter came out and gave this kid another cookie because she dropped her's on the floor. And it made her really happy when she was handed another cookie.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out for all wheelchairs. No matter how wide of a wheelchair U have.

They don't wash there hands. Simple as that. I said something to them and told them that all that food is contaminated. But they didn't care. They follow the managers lead. Maybe they should replace her. It may get better.

I ordered a 12 in tuna sub with Mao, American cheese, pickles, onions and extra lettuce. When I got home, I had a tuna sub with Mao, pickles and black olives. Where was the onion, cheese and any lettuce at all? Then he had the nerve to hand me the screen for a tip!!! And not knowing I gave him one!!! If you get food at the drive thru Don’t tip!

Made an online order, ordered a wrap. Got there and they didn’t have any wraps. Fine changed order to a 6 inch sub, got home and looked at my receipt they had charged my for the wrap. Which is twice the cost of a 6 inch! Won’t be back!
