This location is located inside of a truck stop, I have on a truckers headset, and a bag from showering. I suppose the fine print is where you see that it excludes hot subs. Well, we wouldn’t proactively know that. A GOOD employee, would have mentioned, if you are a CDL holder, the special is for cold subs not. So I take my part in not announcing that I’m a CDL driver, however, I expect more from a location INSIDE of a truckstop versus a stand alone unit. So I ended up paying for 2 subs. I was going to argue, but the line had gotten longer and I didn’t want to hold up my fellow truckers. And she had the nerve to get smart with me be on top of that because I said something about it. Extremely disappointed in the service. Sandwiches for lunch and dinner…….

I know the low quality of the ingredients used at all Sunways, but today, I saw a sign for Churros! Yayy what could go wrong with churros, right? Wrong! I gave it a couple of bites, and it was bitter like medicine. Thank you, Subway, for not disappointing the concept I have about the food you sell at your establishments.

Please don't stop here, the girl who was preparing the cinnamon metro, didn't feel like working, I was talking to my husband in Spanish to tell him what I wanted to eat and she automatically changed her attitude, I think she's very racist, she put little meat in our full long and she was telling me that for each extra portion she was going to charge me too much money, anyway don't waste your time looking here. 2 full long and 2 churros for 35 dollars, better go to a buffet to eat 12/21/2024 7:25 pm

The times of this place is wrong. We came in to order because it's says 1am when closing and that's not true. 4 hours until closing and the lady in the pilot told us it's already closed. The times need to be updated and not false

Thanks you guys- this was the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a while! It actually had meats folded like the commercial and the veggies were stacked pretty and they seemed fresh. I know you guys just remodeled, and things are hectic; but Dang- my Turkey foot long was great at this Pilot location tonight. Thank you!
