The times of this place is wrong. We came in to order because it's says 1am when closing and that's not true. 4 hours until closing and the lady in the pilot told us it's already closed. The times need to be updated and not false

Terrible service! This subway is always out of some type of ingredients.. tonight out of pepper out of onion is it that there too lazy to cut up more? How are they supposed to serve a sub tomorrow ??? Glass the food stays in is filthy.. young punks that work in there are terrible. Might as well shut that shit show down.. pilot is always top notch!! Subway is a different story.. don't recommend waisting your time or money here.

The customer service here is out standing on my lunch break they always seem to cheer me up. One of my favorite places to dine. I even bring my kids. Thank so much Pam and Jay. Their is one other lady but I forgot her name. Just wanted to say thank you guys and girls so much!!!

Thanks you guys- this was the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a while! It actually had meats folded like the commercial and the veggies were stacked pretty and they seemed fresh. I know you guys just remodeled, and things are hectic; but Dang- my Turkey foot long was great at this Pilot location tonight. Thank you!Vegetarian options: You can get any sub without the meat.

Nobody changing gloves, no hair nets what so ever on any employee. One young man had hair coming down the sides of his face as he was doing sandwiches. Only had enough meatballs to do a 6 inch sub at 8 at night when supposed to be 24 hr facility? Nothing being wiped down or disinfected between customers. Location should be shut down by health department until proper food handling practices are either taught or brought up to safe levels. And yes I have worked food service so I do know what I am talking about. Shoulda went to McDonald’s in same building. Not that it would have been any better!!!
