The taco dorado stew is good, a typical Mexican flavor if that's what you're looking for. I'm giving it four stars because the times I went the machine didn't dispense ice and the drinks were warm.

The ice machine was broken, but no sign to let you know. The food trays were dirty. No one had swept in awhile. The lock on the one stall ladies room, didn't work. My husband had to stand guard. And then there was no toilet tissue. Whoever made my crunchy tacos, broke both of them. Thank goodness they tasted ok.

Absolutely terrible service. The employees are slow (mentally) and rude. They didn’t take my coupons because quote “they weren’t in the system.” Every experience I had this week was disgustingly awful. The employees need to learn manners and the “managers” need to learn how to do their jobs..

They always get my order wrong i only got a total of 5 pieces of chicken on my chicken Quesadilla and they never answer the phone bad service they are always rude and act like they don't even wanna be at there job if they dont like there job they dont need to work there or they need to at least be nice to customers

No customers in the drive-thru or dining area. All combos weren't listed on the kiosk. Stood at the counter for a few minutes with a blond girl watching us clearly needing help. We walked out. If the service is that bad then the food definitely would've been horrible.

Went to this Taco Bell 9/26/24 at 5:00. When I drove up to place my order the person at the window tells me that they have NO ground beef . How can a taco place run out of ground beef. How crazy is that. I’m just glad there was only one car in front of me before I could get out of the drive thru.

Stood at register for 5 minutes they were not busy finally the drive through worker came and took the order food was fast and hot .went back to register 4 minutes just to get some Cinnabon before I even had my wallet put away order was handed to me fast on getting the food out but waiting that long to get my order taken was ridiculous
