I was given the wrong order through the drive-thru. After I drove back for them to correct my order, the manager was guarding the door and texting, not allowing anyone in 5 mins till 10pm. When told we had an incorrect order and simply wanted it remade, she said we had to go through the drive-thru again despite there already being a line. From personal experience in working retail, she could have handled that situation better, especially considering we weren't being rude and just wanted what we paid for (the order on the receipt was correct). If you don't like where you work, change jobs.

The fact that they purposefully lessened the portions on purpose because we wanted our wrong order made correctly - wow. Don't even bother stopping by. They have a low rating for a reason.
