Customer service is almost a thing of the past, no greeting, no nothing. The staff rely too much on the kiosk. And ignore the customer until the staff hands over your order. Otherwise the staff are seem Frendly once they happen to acknowledge the customers. Have witnessed a few people get upset about it and leave. After waiting 5 to 8 minutes. And that's not just at this location but at two other ones in the area too.

By mistake I ordered in Dalton thinking it was in Chatsworth and the delivery guy dropped the order on the floor. I never received a call or received a call. I only arrived 5 minutes later than him and found that.

Food was ok but when I ordered sauces none were in the bag. Even though on my receipt it had the sauces listed. The Nachos BellGrande didn’t even include a fork and napkins.
There was no soap in bathrooms and none in the back to fill the bathrooms. The staff ignores you when you speak to them. Food not cooked correctly. The cheese wasn’t even melted in the quesadilla. As a former employee of Taco Bell I would have been chewed out for giving this kind of service and serving that food.

The food was subpar and stale, they were out of steak and chicken, the staff seemed like I was an annoyance rather than a paying customer and the lobby was dirty.
