It's sad when you order two simple things and they can't even get that right. Soft shell taco Supreme. And what do we get a taco with cheese beef and lettuce. Guess there was a shortage on tomatoes and sour cream today.

When I picked up my order, the employees were very rude, just handing me the food without even looking at me or acknowledging I was there. I got a “there ya go” not a have a nice day or anything like that. Also I paid 5 dollars for an item and I believe I was not given the proper amount of food. Just a bad experience at my favorite place, it’s sad

Not sure what it is but every fast food place in this area is just terrible. Most of the workers ignore you, and they will not service you at the cash register, expecting you to use the self order machines. It’s ridiculous. My friend had only cash and he stood at the cash register for 20 min and no one would even acknowledge him. Just absolute terrible work ethic. If you own this chain you need to do something about your employees and how this pace is ran.

So I’ve been to this place a lot, tbh I even applied to work here. They miss the target pretty often but this time it’s terrible, I payed for sauces, I payed for a few tacos which were missing and even when I did get them they were colder than the ice in my drink. I’ve worked at a lot of places including fast food and putting sauces in a bag is not difficult by any standard, even if your “understaffed”. The cold food was already a lot, the dirty bags is starting to turn the food kinda bad to be honest, and lastly not even giving the proper items along with all that feels like this Taco Bell is just robbing me of my cash. As a former manager, this place is rather disgraceful. I understand the situation and how things can go sour but this is way too much, it’s almost deliberate. I got so many questions it’s not even funny…

Not sure what's happened to this place. I guess good help is hard to find these days. Not sure if the cooks can read back there or not but the majority of the orders I get are usually wrong. I usually order through the app so there is no chance of miscommunication. I went back through the drive through and reiterated what needed to be done and they still couldnt get it right... not to mention they're usually out of drinks and or cups. I had this place at a five star review but the last 4 times I've been there I've had nothing but problems... Disappointing.I'll drive out of my way to go to the Taco Bell by the Kroger on Walnut. Never had a bad experience there.
