Food is great, customers service is poop. Left my phone in restroom stacked it with another phone to front desk and servers denied it was there when other phone clearly stated it was a foot away from me.

Food is great the only bad thing is honesty I left my phone in the restroom when I noticed I went back and it was gone I asked in the front counter if someone had turned it in and they said no. I got my husband’s phone to check my location and it took me right back to the front desk. I asked again if someone turned in a phone and they just looked at each other I showed them that it was showing it was there and all they said was “ what is the wall paper” . Trying to steal my phone.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place while deciding what to eat. It is on the other side of Dalton, where the mall is. We decided to get a $110 combo, but our server said it feeds 6-8. Im GLAD he warned us, because we ended up getting the $69? Combo for 2 instead, and STILL it could've fed like 4. The food was good. We had the juicy special (lemon pepper, garlic butter, cajun, etc.). The service was phenomenal, our server was very nice. Dont let a small town turn you away from a good boil restaurant. Definitely coming back!

Our first time visit to The Juicy Seafood and we are so pleased that we tried it! Our waitress, Hope, was so informative about how to order all the varieties of food choices and then our food arrived very quickly in steam bags and was absolutely delicious. You can pick how you'd like it prepared by way of different seasonings such as garlic butter, lemon pepper, and Cajun. Then spices of mild, medium, hot, or Cajun hot sauces. Most of it comes with 2 boiled eggs, 2 potatoes, and a ear of corn. We got the shrimp and sausage with our choice of preparation, absolutely fantastic flavor and Hope double bagged up our togo bc of the very generous portions. Great experience and will definitely be spreading the word about this Dalton, GA restaurant experience. Thanks 👍💯😍

First time eating here and it was a great experience. Service was very good, our waiter was friendly, happy to answer any questions and offer suggestions, checked on us frequently throughout our meal. The decor and bar are festive and support a good atmosphere. The food was excellent and plentiful! Our table had a variety with fried tilapia &fries shrimp baskets, boiled lobster tail, muscles, shrimp, crab...recommend any & all of them. Recommend this restaurant for dates, families and groups!

Restaurant was clean and inviting. I was surprised that no one was there during lunch time. Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered the Number 1, Juicy seasoning, and Hot spice. Was a little disappointed that there wasn't really any seasoning visible and was definitely mild. I am willing to return because it wasn't a bad experience.

I’m not the person to leave reviews but this crossed the line. The waitress was nice and respectful, the food was great. But when asked to speak to a manager they had said there was no manager present which I find odd because isn’t there always supposed to be a manager present at every hour ?
