You've got to love ownership that takes responsibility. They own their challenges and opportunities. Together, they also celebrate their achievements. I don't know anyone at TK WINGZ, aka THAKOOP, but as a business owner and a customer, I'm proud of these guys. It takes a lot to see negative feedback. It takes a lot to admit faults and try to correct the issues. It also takes passion and drive to run a business, and if it was easy, EVERYONE would do it. And yes, I've tried TK WINGZ, and it is exceptional.

Small building with a super small parking area. If you are going to eat here, I'd advise you to get it to go. The inside is not the prettiest or the cleanest. The bathroom is DISGUSTING. When I ordered, she said it would be 10-15 minutes... it took 50 minutes to get my food. I asked what was taking so long, and she said they were boxing it up, but it still took another 15 minutes to get my food. All I ordered were 10 piece wings hot with fries. Should not have taken that long. Then, after all that, my food was HORRIBLE it tasted old and was way overcooked. Fries were super hard, and the chicken didn't have much meat bc it was way overcooked. I've been here years ago and remembered loving their wings, but I def will not be back. The lady was super nice, though, but I didn't like being lied to. I really hate to leave this review, but it definitely needs to be addressed.Parking: The parking is only big enough for about 3 cars maybe 4 if everyone parked correctly but I'd be scared someone would hit me bc it is a small small area.Kid-friendliness: Kids were running around when I was waiting on my food. Our first time here, and our last. The lady taking our order seemed bothered that we were ready to order, didn't greet us or anything, wasn't friendly at all, just on her phone. We got wings and some chicken strips with fried pickles ,all the the wings were over cooked but a few and quite a few were burnt. Not many were edible. The chicken tenders were dark and very dry. Our fries was a mixture of stale and crunchy with a few fresh fries. Our pickles were very soggy and lacked flavor we didn't eat them either. When we arrived there was a dirty table waiting to be cleared, we waited over an hour for our to go order, and the table was never cleared. The front lady continued to play on her phone while the store phone rang quite a bit, and even picked up the phone to hang it up then continued on her phone. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner once we got home and tried our food. Upon leaving we passed someone from the back on his way back in, he was very friendly, a smile goes a long way.Parking: Very limited

Drove about 20 minutes from work to eat on our lunch break. Place smelled like doo doo outside from the start. The Jefe was already upset due to how funky it smelled. We went inside after playing escape room trying to find the right door. We seen man doing his taxes instead of warming up the grease. We asked him what was the combo with the wings and buddy said "huh?". Like it bothered him that we were there to eat food as his establishment if you can even call it that. It was 30 mins after opening hour and he said it would be another 20-30. We did the right thing and dipped. #TKisn'tforAnyone
Where do I start well, the inside smells bad. It does not look presentable to begin with and the parking lot. Oh my God it’s a business and I think you only can fit maybe 3 to 4 cars

This isn’t going to be a happy smiley corporate run “the customer is always right” customer experience type place. Don’t expect rainbows and sunshine when you call to place an order. But what you can expect is some darn good food. TK gets it done wether it’s a Philly, wings, or a side item. They get it right the first time too. Highly recommend them over any other wing stop in the area.
