Don’t go on your lunch break. They expect you to pay in drive through then wait up front. Then go wait in drive through again to get your lunch. I didn’t want to risk my job so I left without food or money.

EXTREMELY rude to my elderly mother because I called in an order. No where does it say that you cannot call in an order ahead of time so I called it in so that my mother would not be confused ordering at a new place for her. When they took my order they didn't say anything about not being able to call in orders, but when my mom got there to get the food the lady at the window was speaking extremely rudly to her and telling her not to call in orders. When she tried to explain why we called it in, the lady cut her off and said "I SAID NOT TO CALL IN ORDERS"
