I got the Trinity sandwich; it came with tender pork, saucy brisket, perfect Mac n cheese, and their barbecue sauce was to die for! (I added jalapeños to mine). Didn’t come with sides, but I got waffles fries and they were almost perfect! The owner was a really great guy, and made sure everything was just right. It was a great lunch, I would 100% rate it 5 stars every time. Definitely try it if you’re in the area.

I've never had anything from here that wasn't great! My work has Trinity cater meals fairly often throughout the year. It is always good. I like the pulled pork, the brisket, the chicken salad, and the sides are amazing.
