I've never had anything from here that wasn't great! My work has Trinity cater meals fairly often throughout the year. It is always good. I like the pulled pork, the brisket, the chicken salad, and the sides are amazing.

Everyone, anyone...if your looking for some high quality well cook meat or side dishes with that country cooked style this is the place. Trinity may be a tucked in the wall in the Mill place, but trust me it's so worth it to walk inside and enjoy a well cook meal. The location is great, it reminds me of Chattanooga. Informal places to sit with a variety of food choices in the same mall. However, Trinity BBQ was a huge disappointment. I read other reviews and I was like "omg, I need to try this place." The ribs were tender, but were salty, not that smoky rib flavor. The baked beans had a kick to them, but sugary and syrupy. The mac and cheese is made with Gouda cheese and although smooth and creamy, I just can't stand the smell enough to eat it. I like regular downhome macaroni and cheese like Popeyes Chicken no extra or fancy cheese please. Smell and taste go together. I went on a Friday night and couldn't help but notice the workers looked too young too know how to BBQ for real. I am not sure who was cooking, but hopefully it was just an off night. When you've had BBQ from all over the world from family reunions that's what you learn to expect. Hopefully, the owners will do a little more recipe research to perfect good down home BBQ.

Ordered on doordash and spent 30 dollars plus a tip cause I wanted to try it out. Got a pork sandwich with fries and wanted to try the peach crisp. I wouldnāt recommend anything but the fries. Pork was so salty I couldnāt eat it and the peach crisp was just oatmeal with peaches and cinnamonā¦..Iām all for small businesses but for the prices of this establishment you can go get an all you can eat at rodizio grill.

Got the wings, buffalo lemon pepper, all I tasted was franks hot buffalo sauce and bacon, wouldnāt get wings here again. Iām sure they cook them together with all the other meats
