I've never had anything from here that wasn't great! My work has Trinity cater meals fairly often throughout the year. It is always good. I like the pulled pork, the brisket, the chicken salad, and the sides are amazing.
Highly recommend Trinity BBQ!!! I use them often for catering lunches for training events for a large corporation.

Everyone, anyone...if your looking for some high quality well cook meat or side dishes with that country cooked style this is the place. Trinity may be a tucked in the wall in the Mill place, but trust me it's so worth it to walk inside and enjoy a well cook meal.
