This is a place that serves old people food. It cost me $17 for a tea, two 'chicken tenders', a cornbread muffin, fries and potato wedges. The buffalo chicken tenders was listed at $12.50 on the menu. There were two tenders, each a nice size. They were tender and moist and filling. The buffalo sauce tasted more like Frank's red hot sauce than a buffalo sauce. The fries, wedges and muffin were so bland; I don't even think the fries had any salt on them. ...
Food and service was great. But their disability ramp needs worked. Fell out in front of the restaurant. Went back in to tell owner and she seemed to not care. She was sitting on her phone and said “well I didn’t see anything nor did the customer”. Customers were not paying attention and going about their meal, owner of the restaurant was on her cell phone with TV going on inside. My husband is obsessed with the buffalo tenders. I like to try something different every time and I’ve loved everything I’ve had. Even my kids ask when we can go back to Varnell Cafe
