Stopped in here today and the service was great! Our server, Noelle, was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of..the food was hot and fast and just what we wanted. The cook, BB, made sure our food was exactly what we ordered! Best Waffle House in Dalton!

Service was terrible. Food was undercooked. the dude with the camo hat and glasses was the worst part. Sad to see how Waffle House has lowered their standards these past years. To add insult to injury, they kicked a group of teenagers that I assume are just trying to have a meal. This location is an embarrassment. Will NOT be returning! If you want to tip, you earn it!

The only reason I am giving a 1 is because zero is not allowed!! I observed an elderly male obviously handicapped and refused to be seated in a booth that was suitable to his needs by an employee. 3 open booths were available without anyone waiting for a table or to be seated. When he was denied and asked for a manager. The manager was rude and disrespectful while telling him that it was company policy that only 2 or more people could sit at a booth!!! Are you kidding me?? A blatant ADA violation on a handicap person who was in need of a suitable seat to enjoy his breakfast!! Then the manager had the actual audacity to tell him in a sarcastic manner to HACE A NICE DAY!!! As he was walking out because he could not sit at the counter with his disability. The gentlemen respectfully replied with I was until I came in here. He never caused a scene he simply wanted breakfast. All I can can say is WOW!! Waffle House corporate you have lost a family of 6 business no matter where I go. And I will tell everyone I know the type of employee and management “policies” that are enforced!! FO BETTER WAGFLE HOUSE !!!!

It was 40 something degrees outside and they had the AC on . The waitress turned the heat on , and it was finally warming up when we left. But there were small children in there When we got there. The staff knew better than that.
Clean, Friendly and yummy food. I'd say they rate better than most waffle houses.

BEST WAFFLE HOUSE ANYWHERE!!! Have been beat up by hurricane Helena while visiting North Carolina. Road closures required us to go south to go west back to Missouri.
So happy we came this way.
The food was great, the service exceptional (thank you Donna), and the atmosphere was rocking. If you get a chance to stop in here while Donna is working, ask her play something on the juke box and enjoy. Absolutely made my day.
