From the time I walked up to the door the service was amazing very friendly the hostess held the door open for the customers. The lady who took my very simple order was very friendly and even told me she loved my hoodie which has a bunch of cats on it. Her name was charity and she was just a delight person. So if this review can reach her please tell her not to change anything about how and what she is doing. Thank u waffle house.

I have never done this before but I just had the worst dinning experience at this location. The ONE cook they had could only handle cooking orders one at a time. We were there for over an hour and all received our food at different times and one waffle was burnt and one wasn’t cooked all the way. - Our server seemed sweet but never came to check on us, or refill drinks we had to ask. Poor girl barely said one word the whole time. - She unfortunately had to work with a girl named CiCi who had the most unprofessional attitude and was arguing with the cook and girl who was serving us in front of the whole restaurant. And when we first arrived CiCi said “ugh more people are coming in”. I wanted to walk out right then but had a group with me and couldn’t. She was not a good team member at all, and personally made the whole experience uncomfortable for my family. We will never come back to this location. Multiple tables walked out while we were there bc they just simply weren’t greeted and were tired of listening to CiCi run her mouth and not help to fix the problems.

Sometimes you can go in here and the service is ok and then sometimes it is not. But everyday is not always perfect. This is the one that got me. Do you want syrup with your waffles now what kind of question is that.
Would be a one but the waitress was sweet. The cook needs to learn what scattered light is. Also how to do more than one table at a time. When place is slow and they are having to hold tickets while one order is being cooked that backs up everyrhing making the waitress job harder and loses them tips. So please get a cook that knows how to there job or at least get the this cook to do what is supposed to be done according to the waffle house way.
