Dont really like positing reviews on any restaurants. But it got to the point that I get aggravated just driving near the location. 3rd shift staff will ignore you even if only 1 table is taken. Ive been to thia location plenty of times at night and im always ignore when I try to get an order in.
Morning staff are awesome and I will always come here. I always tip them 50% min of whatever my ticket is. Among plenty other waffle house locations.
3rd shift staff needs to management after plenty of same issues over again I hope there's new management that will actually care for the business during 3rd shift

Our order was messed up. The lady fixed the errors from the server that left at the end of her shift. Everything was fixed . Food was hot and fresh.

I had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional waitress at the Waffle House recently, and I just had to share my experience. This waitress was not only efficient and attentive, but she also happened to be deaf. What struck me most was her incredible ability to communicate and connect with her customers despite the language barrier.
With a bright smile and a warm demeanor, she took our order and ensured that everything was to our liking. Her lip-reading skills were impressive, and she would often repeat back our order to confirm she got it right. Her colleagues were equally supportive, seamlessly assisting her whenever needed.
The food was, of course, ok. But the cook there is getting better each time we eat there kudos to him!
If you're looking for a great dining experience with exceptional service, look no further than this Waffle House location. And to our waitress, I want to say thank you - your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. You're a true asset to the team!

They are out of gravy, constantly, and refuse to make it when you order it. Also, they're constantly talking shit about every other shift. Sorry work environment.

3rd shift is AMAZING Stephanie my waitress was excellent above and beyond. I am very picky with how my food is cooked treshaun did perfect! Thanks yall, I will be back soon!

Our service and food was great..My complaint is on one of your servers Ellen,even though here long hair was in a pony tail she was slanging her hair side to side around food etc. They should have to wear hair nets if hair that long

The food was good but the server was horrible. She didnāt even refill drink, she ignored customers that talked to her, when asked for something she completely ignored it and acted like she hated that we asked for something. As someone who works in fast food I would never do that to a paying customer. I could understand if they were busy but there was no one in there but me and my friend and a couple so just 4 people in total. So being busy wasnāt an excuse that could have been used. The other waffle houses Iāve been to I was never treated like I was at this one. I will not be returning to this one at all. But the guy who made the food was amazing he brought a great energy In the environment. He talked and interacted with customer as well as said goodbye to us.

My mother is severely allergic to eggs, and weāve never had an issue at any other Waffle House when requesting a simple substitution (hash browns instead of eggs) because itās a medical allergy. Every other location weāve visited understands that an allergy isnāt a āpreferenceā and allows the swap without extra charge.
This location, however, refused to do the substitution and insisted she pay for each item separately, which ended up costing significantly more. For an allergy. This is not only bad customer service, itās dangerous for people with food allergies. If other Waffle House locations can accommodate this very basic request, thereās no excuse for this one not to.
We wonāt be returning, and I hope management reconsiders how they handle allergy accommodations in the future.

The staff is amazing. Customer service was great. The food was mediocre, but I would visit again based on the actual customer service. Hash browns brunt, grits lumpy, toast cold, eggs cold.
