Honest the people workingthere smelled andlooked so nastyi ordered 2 kids meals 2 daves burgers i got home no nuggets in kids meals then what reall pissed me was my burger did not hove onon tom oletttus i had worked so hard that day i waas able to come back train 5hem put rules down tell to come in clean oh my god dont even get me started on restroom i would not let my son use it it smelled out in food area

Young girl at the drive thru was rude and told me to hurry up and order with Noone else in line, found a hair in my food, and the worker did not give me my change and argued about it. Will not be returning
Best hamburgers in Calhoun,Ga. Especially if you like them juicy. The fries are great, and the frosty are the best .
It's seems their signature Chocolate Frosty is a rare bird during afternoon traffic rush. & once a while back when I asked why they even told me the chocolate Frosty was Seasonal?

Consistent Issue with Missing Sauces — Needs Corporate Attention
I visit this Wendy’s often, and it’s become a running problem — they always forget sauces and ketchup. I double-check my order every single time, both in the app and at pickup, and it still happens. It’s not a one-time mistake; it’s a pattern of careless packing.
Something’s clearly broken in the process. Whether it’s lack of training, no checklist for bagging, or just poor attention to detail — it reflects badly on Wendy’s overall. Customers shouldn’t have to check their bags twice just to make sure basic items are there.
I’m posting this in hopes that corporate actually looks into this location’s process. It’s a small detail, but it speaks volumes about quality control and respect for customers. Please review how orders are packed and make some procedural improvements — this issue has gone on long enough.

I pull up to a lunch menu and was going to get lunch but she said its still breakfest so i ask where the menue she said i have to download the menu on my phone instead of moving the sign to breakfest just like for the last 3 to 4 months because i came every day asking for a chocolate frosty and they said we are put of chocolate frosty for 3 to 4 months i sware the people that own these places dont deserve to own them if they dont know what they doing because if
i was owner of wendys i would fire every one at this store they are rude and they dont wear the wendys uniform either they play loud music every time i pull up iv also smelled weed coming out of the employeee mouth

Went to get a simple drink waited at the speaker, get to the window and find the manager talking to someone at the counter holding a dog in the kitchen/counter area where food is being handled. Sat there like 15 minutes waiting never got my drink because he was too busy talking to his buddy and taking his order with the dog inside the restaurant while the drive thru line just kept getting backed up. Never washed his hands I don’t know how they’re still open. I feel bad for the customers that ate the food and drinks after he touched the dog pet, hugged the dog and never washed his hands.

One of the worst chain restaurants that I have ever been to. The drive-thru staff was very rude and when I checked my burger it was cold but I'd already pulled away. I won't be going back
