I pull up to a lunch menu and was going to get lunch but she said its still breakfest so i ask where the menue she said i have to download the menu on my phone instead of moving the sign to breakfest just like for the last 3 to 4 months because i came every day asking for a chocolate frosty and they said we are put of chocolate frosty for 3 to 4 months i sware the people that own these places dont deserve to own them if they dont know what they doing because if i was owner of wendys i would fire every one at this store they are rude and they dont wear the wendys uniform either they play loud music every time i pull up iv also smelled weed coming out of the employeee mouth

Went to get a simple drink waited at the speaker, get to the window and find the manager talking to someone at the counter holding a dog in the kitchen/counter area where food is being handled. Sat there like 15 minutes waiting never got my drink because he was too busy talking to his buddy and taking his order with the dog inside the restaurant while the drive thru line just kept getting backed up. Never washed his hands I don’t know how they’re still open. I feel bad for the customers that ate the food and drinks after he touched the dog pet, hugged the dog and never washed his hands.

This Wendy's is horrible! I hadn't been there on several years, for reasons like what I'm about to share. I pull up to speaker and she says "order when you're ready, but we don't have fries right now" so I asked for a small chili and she tells me they don't have chili right now either, so I asked WHAT did they have? She said nuggets and sandwiches. We'll, I'm thinking that surely it's just certain foods they aren't willing to cook, so I said "then let me get a medium frosty". "Wendy's don't have those either, only nuggets and sandwiches. Needless to say, I drove off. It reminded me why it had been years since I had been to this one! The one in Chatsworth is great!!
The order was wrong twice. First, they didn't give me all of my food. Second, they didn't make my chicken sandwich right. You could tell the food had been under the heat lamp for a while. Fries were good and fresh. The girl at the window was very nice, she was new, and she did very well, considering she was still learning.

Thank you for the long black hair in my food (I'm a blonde, so...). Disgusting!! As soon as I pulled up, the girl said "hold on"...that's it...not "please" or "can you", nope! Then I only get half my order. First bite, long nasty hair. The 3 young Hispanics were not professional at all. Definitely wont go back to that place. Do better!!

I ordered sweet tea with my children’s kids meals and my kids didn’t like it so of course I tried it… it tasted like straight up alcohol or maybe cleaning supplies or that it was very old.. it was extremely watered down and smelled like apple cider vinegar or a chemical of some sort.. i let them know and they offered free food but I don’t want that. I want them to clean tea tanks properly and not have my children’s drinks taste like alcohol or chemicals that could literally kill someone..

Me and my parents went there this morning and we went In side and waited for 10 mins the lady's inside walked by and looked at us and went to the back and sit there... and yes some dude was sitting in the drive through just talking the the girl in the window... never will I go back there again.now I bet if we where Mexican they would have served us but I'm white so that explains alot.
