I walked in to rose and the lady at the cash register wanted me to do a mobile order instead of just taking my order.

Very busy long wait for drive through. Yet the employees managed to get it done even though we had to wait for a while.

I stood at the front counter for several minutes before my order was taken. The lady that took my order then proceeded to the back office where here and another employee was arguing. Mean while the lady that was supposed to be making my food was literally hardly moving or doing anything. Keep in mint their was no one in the lobby or drive thru. I was there for over 10 minutes waiting on food.

I am so sick and tired of dealing with the incompetence of your staff, and today was the last straw. Once again, they screwed up my order: a "plain burger with nothing on it, no cheese". What a surprise to find that they somehow managed to screw that up YET AGAIN. How hard is it? Am I not speaking clearly enough? Do I have to hold your hand and guide you step-by-step how to make my order? Or maybe show you a picture of how it should look? The real slap on the face is when they refused to correct THEIR mistake because I didn't bring the burger back as proof. I guess you don't give a damn about the customer after all, or maybe you just don't care that much about your jobs. Bottom line is, I'm done with your crappy service. DO BETTER.

About 95% of the time I come for breakfast, the breakfast potatoes are cold and sometimes lukewarm warm. Any request for changes that I make, 98% of the time it is ignored. They were doing well at first but it’s like it gets worst and worst. At least my sandwiches are normally hot.

Pretty gross...I think they just precook the patties and have them sitting out somewhere bc the burgers were all cold. Not raw. Just cooler than room temperature. Cold enough that the cheese stayed cold on the burger. Just bizarre. The fries were also cold. They weren't busy at all. And we had to wait at the drive thru....as if they were preparing the food....but then everything was cold. 3 cold meals for $37.

December 19th at 7:20am I went through the drive thru on my way to work. I waited at the first window for a few minutes, but nobody was there so I pulled to the second window. The girl went to hand me my food and I told her I hadn’t paid, apologized and gave her my card. No ill feelings on my end bc I assumed that they were taking payments at the second window do to short staffing. She looks at me, says “you should learn to wait” and then slams the window. I’m in my early 20’s. I work in the same service. I assumed I was doing the right thing…. My bad, but beyond uncalled for.
