This one on the by pass in dalton georgia sucks and I like Wendy's to and it sucks that this is sucky need to do a better job Wendy's so I will be telling everyone to go to Arby's if u work on the by pass on dalton georgia dont go to the Wendy's they suck

Convenient off of the interstate. That's where it ends. Crap service, crap food. They want to charge 50 cents extra for sauce now. No big deal, but if I order 10 pc nugget, I think that 1 sauce is a bit ridiculous. Do yourself a favor, and go to the Charsworth hwy location. Best around by dar!

Just about every time we go up to the front to order, the order is wrong. And most always cold fries. Ordering via the mobile app or kiosk (when it works) seems to be correct most of the time.

I walked in to rose and the lady at the cash register wanted me to do a mobile order instead of just taking my order.
Very busy long wait for drive through. Yet the employees managed to get it done even though we had to wait for a while.

I stood at the front counter for several minutes before my order was taken. The lady that took my order then proceeded to the back office where here and another employee was arguing. Mean while the lady that was supposed to be making my food was literally hardly moving or doing anything. Keep in mint their was no one in the lobby or drive thru. I was there for over 10 minutes waiting on food.
