So this is the first time I've ever eaten at a wing stop and will probably be my last. I went to the one in Dalton GA on 2/25/24 at 1:30pm. After a person ordered their food for later today, some people cut in front of me and another person trying to place an order. After this I finally got to place my order and sit down at 2:08pm to wait. The person who took my order called my name at 2:48pm. The food was in togo containers when I told them it was here not togo. So sit down and open it the fry's well dry, cold and over cooked. Now from placing my order to the time I got it, it was 40mins. You could tell they have been sitting there for that long of 40mins. They were Louisiana voodoo loaded style, you can see in the picture on the right. Now the boneless wings were ok but to be compared to other places like Buffalo Wild Wings or Shane's Rib Shake, these were just ok. This place wasn't even packed at the time i placed my order but after a 40min wait it started filling up. So they can't say they were packed just slow serves on that end and for the wings - fry's, come on the wait isn't worth it.

Food here is great! The Buffalo sauce is addicting. There could be better ambiance, the music was horrible and not family friendly, couldn’t hear the tv, at least turn captions on.
Nice clean little shop and we tried a little of everything and it was all very good. The maple siracha was really good.

Personally I was kinda worried about trying wingstop in dalton, because of all the bad reviews and stuff. I ended up giving it a try here recently and I’ve gotten food from there 3x and everytime it’s been super good! They’ve always got my order right and the food has been fresh and tasty every time. Definitely a great new restaurant to have in dalton! The voodoo fries are my fav! ?

We ate here on a Saturday at 12:00, and the food and service was great. We ordered the Garlic and Parmesan and Hawaii wings with Ranch dressing and plain chicken tenders. The fries were also good. We will definitely be back.

Waited 45 minutes for my food while they pumped out Togo and online orders like crazy. I finally said I'd like a refund on account of being late returning to work. They said oh its ready it's sitting right here. The manager said I can bag it up for you to go but that's all I can do. And continued to tell me that I hadn't been in there for 45 minutes that it had only been 35 minutes which would only make the order 10 minutes behind. He was very unconcerned and disrespectful. Food was cold

This was one of the BEST fries ive ever tasted and the chicken sandwich was VERY juicy, I got full when i finished the fries but it was SOOO good i just couldn’t stop eating, even though there were no people in the restaurant, the people were still putting efforts on the online orders which just shows that they are hard working employees. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try something new.
