Such a fall from grace compared to Western Sizzlin. Prepare eat the worst cuts of meat possible. So much fat and gristle on the 12oz sirloin. Please don’t waste your money. If this place makes it halfway through 2025 I’ll be surprised. Straight waste of your hard earned money.

We waited over 5 minutes at the front registers before anyone appeared to take our order. There was no proper greeting just what do yall want to drink. We ate a full plate of food before a server ever came to our table to offer bread. Food was okay. Western sizzlen was better.
Bad service couldn’t get the waiter to bring new plates and she didn’t even ask if we needed anything or even fill our drinks..

We got 3 buffets, and when we saw the price it was crazy, 51 dollars is way too expensive. We got food and the Mac and cheese was bland and cold, the garlic bread had no flavor and was hard as a brick, the chicken legs bland and skin was tough, pizza was burnt and crispy, the garlic rolls were hard, I had got a sprite and the server came over to refill it but didn't ask what it was and poured tea in it, and then asked what the other people had for their drinks. The dessert was okay, and the ice cream just tasted like ice. All together the food has no flavor, we will not be coming back, and when we added the military discount, it was only a dollar off of a 55 dollar ticket!!

Had the buffet, got my salad sat down to eat finished my salad then got food from the buffet food was good. All the time I was there, never had a waiter, no rolls,no napkins. Spoke to manager was basically, so, was the food good, it was. Then he basically went to his office.

Lettuce was brown salad bar was awful. Baked potato was black on the outside and some on the inside and there was no way my steak was 6oz and was crispy around the edges. I'll never spend money there again.

Two times in 7 days we ate there around 445 pm Wednesdays both times food was dried out we had come back second time in hopes it was fixed and wasn't I spoke with some gentleman and he was acting like I was lying and asked why I didn't say anything well that probably will be because we didn't see our waitress since the first 5 minutes we sat down and didn't see her again I won't be back
It was a great place to go out to eat with the family. The food was great and you had a great selection to choose from. No matter what you had a tast for you could find something there to fill you up. The salad bar was great. The dessert bar was ok. I would recommend everyone to go take there family their for a outing. We are definitely going to go back again and again. That is on one of our favorite places to go to. Thank you Yellowstone for your great service.
Parking: You have no difficulty to find a place to park because they have a big parking lot and it is all free.

Overall the quality has gone down since the change of ownership. We ordered the buffet. The chop steak and gravy was cold. I tried the chicken. Both the regular and spicy chicken were very pink and raw. The fried fish was dry and hard. The cabbage was over cooked and mushy . She salad bar was average . I don't eat sweets so I didn't try that part of the buffet. However I did enjoy the shrimp on the salad bar. I'm sorry to say but we will rethink eating at Yellowstone agin.

We have great service every time but they cannot cook a medium rare steak to save their life. Every time we go and I order medium rare, it comes out well. If you love a well steak, it's perfect. I don't. it comes out cooked perfectly the second time but not seasoned as well as the 1st steak. The rolls and dessert are delicious though.
