Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’ve gone to this particular Zaxby’s for dinner for the last 2 days and ordered through the drive thru because it has been the closest to the house one on my way home (in Eton). They have messed up my family’s dinner every night. Very disappointing.

Oh my god. I will never eat it the Zaxby’s again. The boneless chicken was insanely dry and had slimy brown stuff in several of them after they were broken apart. I don’t even know what it was. The food was horrid. I’m very shocked they let that go out the window. My husband and had to throw the food away. This is not just a complaint….The food was not fit to eat and had to be thrown in the trash.

The most dry chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Disappointing. Made me and my pregnant wife sick, I can’t even feed this to my dogs.

When I ordered through the drive-through, I looked at the receipt before I received my food. I was charged one teriyaki when I asked the lady at the window She said it was for the ice water, which I totally understand and I did see the charge for the Zack’s sauce on there, which is what I requested When I got to where I was going I realized that they did not even put the exact sauce in the bag. So they went out of their way to make sure I got charged for the ice water, but then did not even fill my order correctly. When I came back the lady at the window shove some sauce at Me And said here in a hateful manner.

I love Zaxby's but I took off the lid to my cup to get some ice and I look in and there are hundreds of black specks at the bottom of my cup. That's just nasty. I don't know what they are but whatever it is is just gross. DO BETTER ZAXBY'S

They missed half of my order and when we asked if the put everything in the bag they said yes so overall liars and don’t know how to do their job

Normally I have a good time here and the food is always good, but today the service was horrible. My friend and I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order, when we received the order, it was incorrect so we kindly let the young woman at the window know, she rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed and closed the window on us. When we went inside, we talked to a different woman but the one from the window walked over, and rolled her eyes again. Eventually they gave us our order but I have never had a bad experience at this location until today.

The man was so nice and funny, and sometimes talked in a British accent deserves a raise

I love this zaxbyz location , the crew there always gets our order right and they’re all very nice .

Went there earlier today . Walked into a trap. As soon as we walked in my wife about killed herself. It was so slippery my God. This place needs new flooring. I've never been to such a slippery place like this before. The food was bad. Chicken strip dinner like rubber fries very very soggy. Also had the egg roll salad. Not to my liking. Very bad. Im sorry. Will not go here again

I ordered the 20 chicken tender fam pack, and only got 14 te Fer’s. How careless do you be have to be to count it wrong by 6 whole pieces. Other than that, delicious.

2nd time coming here and food is cold
You bring it to there attention and you can tell the attitude in there face. Well first time I told them food was cold all they did was put that same food in different plate and gave me that same food.
Today again food was cold told them about it dude in back transfer food to another plate and told girl up front it was ready they noticed I was standing waiting on food. Little girl wrote a message on a napkin and handed it to guy at the back and yes they redid my food and they definitely showed there attitude.

Just ordered from here and the fries and everything fried tasted absolutely disgusting and like burnt oil I was spitting out the food and just threw everything away definitely don't recommend to anyone or to come eat here
