Walking in noticing oily and sticky floor and later table and chairs. Ordered a signature sandwich meal but waited 26min (6:20-6:46pm) for it’s to be ready. Offered a free meal voucher to be used in the next month as an apology but without explaining why the order was missed/ignored. Sandwich was freshly dripping oil when I took it out from the bag which had sauce smeared everywhere. Employees were eating and drinking in the kitchen and at the ordering counter. It must be acceptable behavior at this location since they didn’t care people seeing it. It seems to have a lot of customers which might because of the affordable price. There is really nothing else I can think of positively about this place. I gave the voucher to someone else since it is not a place I would want to revisit.

Absolutely love this Zaxby’s. They always have hot and fresh food. The zalads are amazing. They always put a healthy good amount of chicken on them too. Thank yall for being such a great place to eat 😊

FREEZING in there. Its almost like they dont want the guests to sit in there. The chicken was good n hot. Fries were not seasoned at all. We told them the tables were dirty and he handed us napkins. Didnt even offer or send someone. Not even with some workers just standing around chatting

11am and our food was old & cold! Very disappointed as we are traveling and we were looking forward to having some Zaxby's since where we are from we don't have one near us.

Had a curbside carryout order yesterday 3/15/25. Said to be ready at 6:03 p.m. I get there at 6:02 p.m and check in the drivethru is empty and noone in the lobby. We'll Noone ever came out. 6:38 p.m now they are busy drive-thru is wrapped and lobby is full but that drive-thru is definitely moving cars. I go in and guess what I'm told the order hasn't even been started and that they are waiting on food. Drinks are made sitting in drink carrier on counter. Then about 5 mins later they give me the order none of the sauces we ordered are in there so I have the girl get me the sauces. By the way they did not care at all that my order wasn't made never seen the mod (manager on duty) get back to the hotel across the street and all of the food is old I'm talking like the leftover food at closing time that an employee takes home after closing and getting home and eating the garbage old. On top of that nothing to eat the coleslaw with no napkins straws nothing. Normally I would sympathetic considering I am a general manager at a restaurant but this is really bad service they intentionally gave me old food and couldn't care less. I will never go back to this location. I want my money back!!! Now not a percentage or a free meal to be remade just as bad. This was an insult. Also why does this location not season their fries? 👎
