Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

11am and our food was old & cold! Very disappointed as we are traveling and we were looking forward to having some Zaxby's since where we are from we don't have one near us.

Had a curbside carryout order yesterday 3/15/25. Said to be ready at 6:03 p.m. I get there at 6:02 p.m and check in the drivethru is empty and noone in the lobby. We'll Noone ever came out. 6:38 p.m now they are busy drive-thru is wrapped and lobby is full but that drive-thru is definitely moving cars. I go in and guess what I'm told the order hasn't even been started and that they are waiting on food. Drinks are made sitting in drink carrier on counter. Then about 5 mins later they give me the order none of the sauces we ordered are in there so I have the girl get me the sauces. By the way they did not care at all that my order wasn't made never seen the mod (manager on duty) get back to the hotel across the street and all of the food is old I'm talking like the leftover food at closing time that an employee takes home after closing and getting home and eating the garbage old. On top of that nothing to eat the coleslaw with no napkins straws nothing. Normally I would sympathetic considering I am a general manager at a restaurant but this is really bad service they intentionally gave me old food and couldn't care less. I will never go back to this location. I want my money back!!! Now not a percentage or a free meal to be remade just as bad. This was an insult. Also why does this location not season their fries? 👎

They food is always hot and fresh the staff is great...the only complaint I have is the chicken tenders are so small now almost like nuggets

I give them 0 stars because the food sucks and the managers are not fit to be managers!! I would not waste my time or money on this place at all

If I could rate this place in negative stars, I would. Today I got a big Zax Snack Meal & THERE WAS A HAIR WRAPPED ALL IN MY CHICKEN!!! Disgusting!!

I used to like this Restaurant until today my wife called me after I worked all day that she was charged twice at 20 dollars a pop in the drive through I call and try to talk the manager and tell him what’s happened and he says do you have two receipts I said no her account shows it was charged twice and the young man says to me and I quote ! “I didn’t ask you that ! “ I told him I don’t really give a $&@! What you asked me I’m telling you you charged my wife twice and so he goes on to cuss me out and we got into a shouting match and finally I told him I’m calling corporate and the owners... but he could probably care less working at a fast food restaurant and he sounded like he was very very young with nothing to loose why they put ppl in charge like this I’ll never know I literally eat there every day ! Not again ever!

Paid $2.29 for a 5 cent cup and tap water. I was not warned there was a charge for water, something that is normally complimentary. It is OK to charge for it, just let me know when I order water that you are charging me for it, don't surprise me on the receipt!!!

I love Zaxby’s. The food is great and always fresh. I wish it was closer to where I live, but it’s always worth the drive.

3rd time in a row after waiting to place order the screen goes ????

They have either forgot to put something in my bag that I have ordered or have given me the wrong order the past three time I have went and ordered through the drive through. I finally decided to just not go back or at least I will not go back to this location. Their customer service is terrible and the employees taking orders are extremely rude. This is my first time giving anyone a review on google because I typically perceive that bad experiences happen every now and then and it is not enough to permanently define the business as poor but this location continues to consistently offer poor service.

I came off I-75 for some lunch and a restroom break. I decided to go to Zaxby’s for lunch. I stepped into their restroom. I saw an employee not wash his hands after using the stall! This was absolutely disgusting if he was to handle food. I got disgusted and decided to go to another restaurant. I will never return to this place again! FYI: he was wearing a navy blue Zaxby’s shirt and black pants. He had blond hair and tattoos on his arm.

The food had flavor, but they didn’t put me but a couple of fries only and one wing I couldn’t do anything about it because I was taking it for work so by the time I realized I was at work
