Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online, went through drive-thru, and still waited over 15 minutes at window to get my food. What is the purpose of online ordering?

Everyone was cool and nice but the portions they give out is ridiculous I payed 40 dollars for three meals and two of them were lack luster of food for the price

No star this Zaxby's one of the suckest place when got food the woman at the first window didn't let us know that my second order the card didn't go throw found out when I when pick of the food then the guy walk off with my card and was going for a few minutes me and my husband ordered the quesadilla meal and all we got was quesadillas and drink no fries and spent 22 on those and they suck didn't tastes good want go back I use to love Zaxby's but they when down hill

I was the only patriot in that store. I was charged three times and now they will be holding my funds and reinvesting that into illicit activities. They asked if I wanted to pay in cash but I didn't want any US currency going to untrustworthy unknown people. I was the only light skinned man in that store and I didn't get my food. Everyone else did. Investigate.

Slowest service ever. I’ve never waited so long for chicken tenders. Took over 20 minutes to order and get my meal. Insane

Stopped by after a trip to Lake Winnie. I have Chronic Kidney Disease and was dehydrated. I ordered 2 meals and asked for a cup of ice water. I was asked if I wanted a baby size/kid size cup. I asked for a bigger size cup. I don't mind paying for a cup but NOT the price of a soda- that's ridiculous. You are a very greedy company. I used to come 4 or 5 times a month, but you just lost a customer over this.

The chicken was cold (both dinners)- the fries weren't very crispy.

The restaurant and parking lot were clean.

You need to rethink your drink policy. I wouldn't have minded paying .50 for a cup but you just lost a good customer (8 in my family) over a $2 cup

I'm very disappointed in Zaxby's for the simple fact that I only ordered 10 bone in BBQ wings and a regular fry and I did ask for a regular size cup of ice which I was told would cost me another $2.79 on top of the $16.99 plus tax that I was already going to pay for and I said no thank you and said I wanted 4 of the free cups of ice which were the same as the kid's size drink cups which makes absolutely no sense to me why I couldn't just have 1 regular size cup for ice...... That's stupid but then I asked for Zaxby's sauce instead of the ranch sauce that they put in the bag and when I asked for a few extra sauces they charged me $1.05 for 4 extra sauces when I had just spent $18 on just wings and fries. So for almost $20 I only got 10 wings a regular size fry and on top of the 1 sauce that I got for a 10 wing order I got 4 more sauces and as a customer who just spent close to $20 on such little bit of food I feel robbed just bc I had to pay for the 4 sauces when I should have just been given at least 1 sauce packet per every 2 wings. 3 wings at the most I would have gotten either 5 sauces and or 3 sauces for free Zaxby's you should definitely take in consideration that your customers are paying out the butt for the food from u guys at least you could give the sauces tighten up Zaxby's

Update today's date is April 26th 2025 I came through the drive-thru I asked for a large cup of ice a large cup of ice and I got charged $3.09 for a large cup of ice you guys are a joke

The five times I’ve come to the new location around 4:30 PM the drive through has been wrapped around the building… good place to eat, just don’t come around 4:30 PM. lol

Feels like the drive through was faster at the old building

The whole team is annoying, the manager looks like the boss of a kindergarten…. They like to make Hispanics who don't speak English very well feel bad, the orders take time outside before they are delivered… terrible restaurant
