We stayed at the Sapelo Birdhouse Luxury Cottage and it was an amazing experience! The cottage was beautiful and Anita was a wonderful host and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay an unforgettable one.The island is special and unlike any other barrier island in Georgia. This whole experience was ABSOLUTELY breathtaking! Thank you so much to everyone involved in making this trip possible. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. We cannot wait to come back now that we "know our way around"!!
Beautiful, peaceful view. Well-equipped with everything you need. A place to relax, read, watch the wildlife, and learn about the culture and history of the Geechee/Gullah residents. Bring your own provisions or ask Francine, the Concierge to arrange a cooked local meal. She was very helpful.
