This would be the fourth time I have came here and gone through the drive thru to order the lady working the windows name was Jordan Shes cut me off she don’t let me finish my order We couldnt get our drinks because she cut us off there rude and straight nasty

The person who took our order was disgusted, angry, rude, made faces, she should not be there, her attitude was unpleasant, rude and discouraging. The rest of the personnel I interacted with were nice and friendly. The food was tasty and delicious.

I had to go here because my blood sugar was low and this was closest place, and im a fan of taco bell(its a KFC/Taco bell together). Service was fine and it was pretty quick but I ask for my tacos plain or I s h would say no lettuce, ans most tacos I had, ended up having 1-4 pieces of lettuce on it, but not to bad

Ordered 3 piece big box meal, charged mystery $1 for no reason and had no napkins and no utensils (which I told them I was taking back to my hotel) with 3 pieces of pigeon size chicken and 2 sides....for $14....ridiculous and pathetic operation

Bathroom was filthy. Food not only looked bad but tasted worse. Not so friendly gal at the window. The bathroom condition should have kept me from going through the drive thru but I was hungry and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. 🤢

Got my chicken, it was old and overcooked, attitude of associate after advising her about the situation was very nasty and her making comments and me hearing her was a bad look for KFC!! I will NEVER EVER eat there again!! So sad that that KFC hires people with poor customer service, bad look for the company..

So after filing a formal complaint for being told I had to wait for my order in a separate parking lot by a tree last time, I thought this may be better... wrong! The person taking my order was great. Pleasant and professional. I get to the window and the young lady gives me a look like I ruined her day by driving up then hands me drinks while looking away. Then mumbles something with an attitude and of course it was, can you pull up and wait at the trash can... hey, at least it wasnt outside the parking lot thos time... so I pull up without a word. 20 minutes later a young guy brings me my food and says if anythings missing just run inside and we will get it. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to move up so I wouldn't get hit... not one car had come theough in 20 min... so I told him I was good and I would check my food and leave. I will never be back which is sad seeing as how I live less than a mile away. I'd love to speak to the owner because they are losing business daily with this type of action.
