Board at drive-thru on 4-7-24 said 8 piece family meal chicken or tenders, 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $18.99 plus tax. I specifically asked if I could get 2 breasts in that and the manager drive-thru lady said yes. Well when we went to pay, she said it would be $29.99 plus tax. I reminded her twice that the board said $18.99 and she said no it would be $29.99. Well we paid that amount and got home and there was 4 thighs, 3 legs and 1 breast. I did call and speak to her and she said drop back by and I would get a breast free which I did. The board needs to be changed to reflect the correct price as I may have ordered something else less expensive.

The food was good and the staff nice enough but it took at least 45 minutes to get our food after ordering at the counter. We were traveling and looking for a quick bite. At least 6 other customers also waited a long time.

do not drink the iced tea especially the unsweet. it tastes of bleach or some type of chemical it's been this way at least three trips in a row over a month.

I came to KFC me and my family wanted chicken but they told us they don't have chicken like huh? This beautiful old guy asked this worker if they have any sauces and she didn't even care to answer him. She just pointed at the sauces. We waited about 20 minutes DONT come to This KFC they don't got chicken
