My husband went inside and picked up two bacon egg and cheese biscuit meals. Service was OK but not exceptional. Biscuits were awful! The biscuits were hard, cheese cold and bacon overcooked.I attempted to call to give the manager a heads up but no one answered the phone after several attempts. This was the worst McDonald’s meals we have ever received. We are traveling so no way to return them. We will not stop there again.

The only reason food has 3 stars instead of 5, is cuz the sandwich wrapper balled every sandwich up in chaos.Now, there is a specific African-American Male who is hyped up on some kind of Amphetamine, apparently.On. The. Speaker.I have given this place 3 opportunities to get it half-correct, and this one African-American male, ruins it for them,every time. I’m done. So____ After having to repeat myself 3 X’s, at the speaker, cuz this guy is not waiting for responses (just assuming what’s about to be said),2Lg Caramel Frappes….I am still handed, 1 Frappe.After a normal/ cordial engagement with window#2 girl, I asked to speak to the manager who can obviously fix this, right? This manager informed me that he in-fact CANNOT walk over to window#1, where the card reader is….(Also hosted by amphetamine guy- I mean I wouldn’t want to be near him either )10 feet away! with my debit card in hand!and ring up another frappe….which was never rung up in the first place, and then return with a frappe.If you hate your job, just quit honestly ??OK I just reviewed the online experiences, AGHAST….. I don’t understand how TF,they are still being funded

I did a mobile order to save some time on my road trip, walked in for carryout since my vehicle couldn't do drive through, and waited about 40 minutes for my meal with no explanation why it was taking so long. Some of the employees' friends were walking in and distracting them. Multiple groups before me waiting for a meal. If I didn't mobile order I would have walked out in the first 5 or 10 minutes because no one was at the front counter. Food was cold when I eventually got it.

We arrived at this McDonald's at 10:40 and stood for about 20 minutes, then it turned out that they no longer accept orders, 10 cars left exactly during this time, if not more by the way. We didn't manage to eat, although judging by the maps they should be open until 1.00am

Miserable! Restrooms moderately clean. But the service was simply awful!! All I wanted was an iced coffee. I waited for several minutes at the register to order. No one came. So I ordered on the kiosk. No one came to the counter with my order. THEN, they tasked the woman who had just been cleaning the restroom to make my drink, WHICH she did not know how to do!!! When my drunk was finally served, it was terrible, and it went straight into the trash. If it hadn't already taken so much of my time, I would have asked for the drink to be remade or a refund. But frankly, it wasn't worth the time I feared I would have to give to get my 3 bucks back. I don't expect the red carpet treatment, but I do expect to be greeted at the counter within a reasonable amount of time, have my order taken and filled quickly, and have that order be made correctly. This was a failure on every front of the staff at this location.

Rude, dirty, mgmt was arguing with staff about how they should of put a sticker on a box ON THE SALES FLOOR instead of giving the customer the correct order and taking care of the rest of the guests, then talk about it in the back.
