Absolutely horrible do not come here. You’re better off at the subway in Brunswick or Midway!! This Subway is horrible. The Townsend Subway is horrible and the Riceboro Subway is horrible. Do not come here!!!! moldy food empty product, broken toaster!!!

Ordered a footlong Subway club on Italian herb and cheese toasted. Mine is not toasted nor is the bread right. Ordered a second sandwich hers was also to be toasted was not tasted and they put lettuce on her some when she only wants spinach. I love going to Subway in Darien but I will never order online again!!!

I love the employees at this store. They do the best they can with what they’ve been handed. However, my complaint with this store starts at the top. Their leaders need to ensure that there is enough bread to last an entire business day, not being left with 5 stale odds and ends left on a tray and telling them to “ration” it out or try to sell the salads to the customers. Your store is located off a busy highway and while I’m a subway fan, this store is my last choice because I already know they’re going to be limited on more than half the items.

Why does ownership and management not care about the customers or their employees? Do better - it’s your job to lead - not tell them to ‘figure it out’ or ration the bread.

Stopped in on a Saturday between baseball with family. The place was slightly busy and only one person was working. She was polite and got all sandwiches made at an accelerated rate to get customers in and out. A gentleman behind us became upset and left, but he overreacted. We only waited 5-7 minutes to get sandwiches made. If I had a complaint, I would say that the owners need to get the young lady some help and have at least 2 folks working. She did seem overwhelmed and stated that she had been there since 8am by herself. It was roughly 3pm.

I try to give every place a fair shake, but this visit left me mighty disappointed. I’ve always appreciated it when a restaurant serves food that looks fresh and inviting — unfortunately, the food here looked old and unappetizing, and I couldn’t bring myself to enjoy it. On top of that, the service wasn’t handled with the care and professionalism I’ve come to expect.

I truly believe kindness and good manners go a long way, and I hope management can take this feedback to heart. With fresher food and more attentive service, this Subway could really shine the way it ought to. Until then, I’ll have to think twice before coming back.

I think the person preparing the sandwich took a bathroom break while my sandwich was in the toaster and another person took it from the oven without gloves and yelled to the back for the girl to return and finish the sandwich.

This subway is not a professional place to find, and the employees were not well-trained. I got no receipt; the cashier didn't ring up the purchase, she sat there in a chair taking the money, debating with another employee how much to charge, and did not stand up while accepting payment.

This was another crazy experience...

I have been there a few times and terrible experience each time. Today they only had a couple vegetable items left and no tea but worst is the employee could care less. The last time I was in the soda and ice machine were down and the scanner for coupons broken but again employees could care less......awful

This is my favorite place to eat , Absolutely love the customer service and the staff is very respectful and clean when preparing your orders. I often eat there as much as I can and prefer this place over any other place. And you couldn't ask for better service than what you get at Subway. The saff keeps the place very clean I've never been disappointed . Absolutely love this Subway ❤️

Lied about having only two sandwich meats to get me to leave. If you want good service, don’t come here. When I came in, the employees were sitting doing nothing and complained they had to serve me; they sighed loudly and laughed at me and said they were lazy. Such a simple job—no wonder they don’t have a career.
