The strore is very clean. The bathrooms were clean, The staff on morning shift is amazing they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is having a great day. There is a new employe that wrung me up she was very pleasant and helpful her name is Bonnie.

This restaurant had gotten some bad reviews and we cannot figure out why! It was clean, the staff was friendly and thorough. The food was fresh and delicious. It was a nice stop, instead of a gas-station- attached eatery. We enjoyed it.

We got kicked out of this subway by the manager after purchasing 5 bags of chips and 5 drinks for our kids. She told us we had to buy subs or leave. If she didn’t notice there was 3 people in line before us and we were waiting to order 8 sandwiches after everyone used the restroom. I’ve never been to such a poorly run subway. Would never go back again. Would drive 50 miles to a better location. It just goes to show that staff and servers make the experience either horrible or amazing. THIS SUBWAY SUCKS. 0/5 stars.

Ordered sandwich. Employee acted as if she didn't want to be there.Threw sandwich together. Asked for for fresh lettuce that was right beside wilted brown lettuce that looked like it had been laying there open for a while. Was told she couldn't use that one until all the bad lettuce was gone. Customer service at this place is terrible. Maybe not all employees but definitely the young lady that served me.
Nov 6 th. 530 pm. The server ignored us, when she finally asked what we wanted she did not have the meat, then she told my husband they didn’t have any Peppar. They was another lady who was throwing big boxes of chips on the floor so she could restock shelves. There was no reason to throw boxes. She could have laid them down. This is a locally owned subway. The owner needs to be aware of this kind of service.

Just left subway in Darien and the service was deplorable!!!! Out of the 3 people working, only one seem to be halfway professional.One person was eating on a sandwich and cutting off of it and asking customers to taste it…the other appeared to be high on something and couldn’t get the order right.
