This was the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The cashier taking orders was not personable, she was slow, and she was rude. There was no ice in the main restaurant and she told people they had to drive thru the drive through to get ice!! There were no spoons/forks and she would just grab one from the back of someone asked for one. It took over 20 minutes to get my 3 items. The lady in the back was all confused about orders, forgetting items, and calling orders that were already given and gone. The drink area was messy and dirty. Will not be going here ever again.

Come for dinner and they have no chicken. We were told only to order from taco bell side. Get our food and it was all cold. Used to be great but now this location is horrible!!

I have tried to get food here 3 times in the drive thru but they will not take our order. You pull up, sit there in silence, wait for a few minutes, and nobody ever says anything at all. Very disappointing.

long story short, its literally a half assed taco bell. its obviously a KFC that lures in suckers like me who think they can do both, but those folks dont even know the menu, yet alone how to cook it right. i even tried online ordering so theres no way they could mess up the order since it would be printed RIGHT in front of them, but they dont do online ordering here. way to go, good lukc not going under when buc-ees opens. yall deserve it with these prices and poor service.

Food was slapped together and falling apart. The lady taking my order was absolutely miserable and wouldn't even acknowledge you when she was taking your order. If you hate your job that much? Maybe quit.
Keep going back to try and give them a chance this is the 3rd time I’ve came here and got a beefy 5 layer and nachos and they both taste and smell like bleach…. are they soaking the tortillas in it or are they just not paying attention when they’re spraying and cleaning the counters and just spraying it all over everyone’s food smh THIRD time

I went through the drive through after a long work day for some tacos on my way home. The employee taking my order repeated it incorrectly to me four different times (the order only consisted of three items). I spoke more slowly and precisely each time to ensure they got my order correct since they couldn't repeat it back to me correctly. When I pulled around the employee who took my order was making fun of how I ordered while standing at the window with her back to me, before storming off while still parodying how I ordered, loud enough for me to clearly hear from the drive through window. I will never visit this location again- what a disgusting way to treat your paying customers.
