We were quite literally the only people in the restaurant - took over an hour and a half to get food. Given this place multiple chances & this had happened every time.

The converted house is beautiful but Sunday brunch was disappointing. I'm a biscuit love and the basket of buscuts was disappointing? They looked great but I think we're warmed over and we're heavy and greasy. We both had a skillet. My husband had a meat lovers and I had the veggies both were bland and uninspired. For the veg skillwt, The flavors just didn't combine well. It was rather bland and the goat cheese was really strong and overwhelmed. Service was good and attentive.
Appreciate the public statement on inclusivity that we saw when we entered the restaurant.
Chef was AMAZING at food and her service was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about her food and spoke to us about her menus. I look forward to raking my girls for brunch one day!
An inventive menu with fresh ingredients and friendly service in a beautiful restored old home near downtown Darien.
Such an interesting menu, great service and in an old building in the 2nd oldest town. Can’t go wrong with this gem.

Good atmosphere, easy to carry on a conversation. Server was great, steaks were a tad dry but were cooked to our specifications so not sure there. Carrot cake was excellent.
My sisters and I were having a girls day, we visited The Canopy first time and are very impressed food, services, atmosphere all excellent experience we will definitely be coming back!

Great lunch in a quaint old home. Unique treament of Catfish Hoagie with southern ved and pickled okra hit the spot for me. Wife's burger with ramps was juicy and full of flavor. Their house made chips could not possibly been sliced any thinner... they were all crispy and sooo delicate. Seasonal menu full of locally harvested sides and toppings will bring me back.

Food was room temp or cold. The food that was cooked was not crisp-if was like it has been sitting out. The music was loud and it was like 2000's party mix on Easter! So disappointing!
Their food does not look like the pictures on Google. We waited over an hour to get our food and they were not even busy. Then when the food arrived it was cold. I got the meat lover skillet. It came in a bowl then they forgot the meat. There were so many jalapenos and crumbs as the meat. When I told the waitress that they completely forgot the chicken. She brought out a bowl of crumbs of chicken. Very disappointed in the food and service

We love to drive to Darien from St Simons to have lunch at the canopy. The restaurant is adorable and the surface is good. We enjoy eating there very much.
