Friendly attentive staff.
Basket of Biscuits is a great starter. Many delicious menu items.

A very cozy spot to have lunch.

I never leave restaurant reviews, but this place is too good, Kristen was an absolute pleasure as a waitress and bartender. The food was a 12/10. The vibes are peak. Woman owned is the way to go, it looks like. Will be coming back plenty more as a local!

I ordered a pasta appetizer marked on the menu as vegetarian. I also confirmed with the waitress it was in fact vegetarian. It came with bacon inside the raviolis. The chef confirmed it was made with bacon but said the menu was a typo

We were there for the Murder Mystery dinner. It was a great experience. They offered an open bar and an appetizer buffet. Everyone in our party had a great time!

We came it about 25 minutes before closing but Kristen was warm and welcomed us. She never rushed us and graciously accepted our apologies telling us they weren’t necessary. The Canopy is a beautiful old building. The food was good but the atmosphere and service stood out.

Beautiful older home converted to a café. Got there late lunch on a rainy afternoon. 45 ish minutes before closing. We're only serving lunch. Upscale food but decent prices. I had pulled pork, collard greens, red peas, potatoes and red peppers. With blue corn hushpuppies. Outstanding. Wife got salmon with rice and veggies. Very tasty. Server was friendly.

We had an absolutely lovely lunch on the balcony. Very tasty food and great service. Can’t wait to go back again and try out their breakfast.

This was the first time we visited The Canopy and it won't be the last. We loved everything from the deliciousness and variety of food to the amazing service to the lovely atmosphere and beauty of the 1895 building. We enjoyed lunch on the balcony this time, but hope to visit for breakfast and dinner as well. It's over an hour drive for us, but worth every mile we have to travel.

Pulling from her Native American heritage, chef Megan has crafted an eclectic menu reflecting both the coastal vibes of Georgia as well as her ancestry-Redfish, Boar, Duck, Crab & shellfish, & the dériveur Steak. Every item we tried was prepared & presented perfectly. As a side note, our hotel had a good breakfast, yet the staff said The Canopy had the Best breakfasts in All Darien.

This was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten. We ordered the Filet at $34. Which came with a little less than a tablespoon of butter bean smear on the plate that was supposed to be the side? We also had The Johnny cakes that was to come with chow chow but it was in actuality a course chopped yellow pepper. The server was fine but it appeared she knew better than to ask how the meal was. Very poor execution all around.

We were quite literally the only people in the restaurant - took over an hour and a half to get food. Given this place multiple chances & this had happened every time.
