Mark was great! So refreshing to hear a positive and engaging voice at the drive thru window. My food came quickly and correctly, and Mark’s Jamocha shake suggestion was amazing! Will definitely be coming back!

I won’t be back at Arby’s. The person at the counter was a male black got real Smart with my old lady that came with me she got the French dip she said it was terrible and then newly advertised sandwich cheesesteak was not as advertised I know where I could get a better cheesesteak Sandwiches it took 30 Minutes for our food and only three people at the counter tending orders three people where at the front waiting and the guy did not help us he’s rude yall used to have good food not anymore. This is Dawsonville ga

Your large shake is ridiculously small. You should look at Whataburger for an actual large shake.

Customer service was good, restaurant was clean, however for 22 plus dollars, two sandwiches and potato cakes later the food most importantly should be served hot.
I have tried changing stars to three but won'tet me or won't keep it that way when post. Just don't use a credit card or debit card here! Don't ask for anything special because you will get it in overkill or not at all. If have to eat here go at lunch on the weekend.
